I created this for a project for my design class. Thought it looked kinda cool, so I decided to upload it here, and see what you all think.
Yes, the arms and abdomen are supposed to be out-of-proportion.

So, not that anyone seems to care, but the species name is Manu Ambulatories which should be Latin for hand walkers.

I really like the concept. It's like a centaur but more interesting because it reminds me of Thing from the Addams family.
Execution could use a little work. There's something about the arms that looks a little off, especially around the elbow area. Just how big is the manu ambulatories supposed to be, and what's its common name?
Hmm...I'd like to see you clean up your coloring a little. It's hard to make sketchy graphite pencil outlines and sketchy colored pencils look good together, so I would suggest any of the following: a) Cleaner graphite pencil outlines with no stray marks anywhere - gratuitous use of a good plastic eraser recommended b) Cleaner coloring - sharpening your colored pencils very often recommended c) More generous application of pigment, ie use different colored pencils for different shades rather than relying on pressure or d) Use different tools (like micron pens and decent non-Crayola markers)
