The naked form of the body or least with more skin showing and help with hands also. Any tips?

Step 1: get full length mirror Step 2: get naked and stand in front of it Step 3: Draw yourself
But beyond that there are books out there with photos of naked people. Your best model right now is yourself. I'd type more but I'm in a bookstore stealing internet and my battery is about to die, so good luck and draw every day.

We actually started working on figure studies this year in my art class, I recommend starting out with the basic oval figure and working from that, once you have that down, either do what Eduardo said and draw yourself, or, if you're afraid someone will walk in on you, Google 'figure studies' because there are a LOT of examples. As for hands, one of the exercises we did in grade 10 art was drawing our hand without looking at the paper--just looking at our hand. Do that a few times and you'll be surprised at how much you improve depending on how much you do it. in this instance: Practice does indeed make perfect. Have fun

I believe what you're talking about is figure drawing/anatomy. In this case, Andrew Loomis's books(IMO) are a good way to start, as well as the book Draw From Your Head, which is a step by step system of how to draw a figure without a model.
But what you'll need to do is constantly draw. Sitting on the bus, in the park-anywhere. Study and learn.
