Some people have considered this the worst anime ever but it isn't really that bad. I found it to be quiet enjoyable. The only unique thing about this anime is that Momo is considered a slut because of the beauty standards in Japan. She is considered as one of those Ganguro girls because of her tanned skin and blonde hair.
Another thing that I liked about this anime is that there is the issue of bullying, gosspi, backstabbing, and slut-shaming.
I can somewhat relate to Momo (minus the slut shaming) because I had my own Sae Kahiwagi except instead of being skinny, she was fat. There are girls like Sae in real life who make another girl's life a living hell. If Sae was in a school in America, she would have her ass beat.
There was also a sequel to the manga called Peach Girl: Sae's Story. It was worth the read, at least for me. It was only three volumes long and I wanted more.
Anyways, what do you guys think of this anime and manga?

I haven't read Peach Girl in so long! I remember reading it at my public library, before I learned of manga being posted online. From what I remember, I don't think it was bad. But, I haven't watched/read it in a long while, so maybe if I read watch/read it, I may have different thoughts.
