So in Breaking Dawn, how can she conceive Renesmee? Since technically, there's no sperm in Edward Cullen, he's dead, yeah? So I got a bit confused in Breaking Dawn by Renesmee's birth.

This is Stephenie Meyer we're talking about here. She probably rushed Breaking Dawn because it looks like it. Even the fans were disappointed and they didn't like it. If Edward and Bella wanted to have kids, Meyer could've just had them adopt one but no, she had to break her own rules and sacrifice logic so that Bella gets what she wants.

Originally, Stephanie had only planned 3 books, ending in Eclipse with Ed & Bella's wedding. We're told that the popularity of the first (two I think?) book, so the editor asked her to do one more. As you probably noticed it, BD revolves mostly about Renesmee's birth and it's consequences. Also, it's because Meyer wanted to give Jacob a 'happy ending' by getting someone at the end, hell even the fans hated the book. It's known as Breaking Canon for a reason.
Because there's no reason for Bella to get pregnant, in fact, she would have been damaged if instead of sperm Edward had poison.
