I was at the mall, and I was walking by a Nativity scene when I overheard a woman saying "Ugh, I can't believe they're putting religion into Christmas too." I had to resist the urge to bash my head against a wall.

This girl was reading her story outloud to me, and she said this wonderful gem: "Alex silently walked up to me and said "Hello" in his Taylor Lautner voice with a hint of Zach Efron." Literary masterpiece right there. Those things never work.

"If people were meant to be mixed, god would have put us all in the same place." Let me guess... some prejudiced idiot tried to justify his obvious racism?

Of course, she says she's not racist. or prejudiced. she just believes races shouldn't be mixed, whites are manipulative, and gays are simply confused. Not racist or prejudiced at all though.

There's a bunch of stupidity awards that should be given to my idiot classmates (in my chem class) But none of their antics are coming to mind right now.

One person keeps saying that I don't like *insert book I dislike* and YA novels because I don't read... She's seen me reading different books on many occasions; how in the world would I be passing Brit lit if I didn't read...
She's even said that I didn't watch *insert movie here*... I saw the freaking movie with her, and she wanted to kick my ass for lolzing over Eddykins sparkles.
My brain has exploded from the stupidity. And now how in the world would I not like YA if I'm currently reading The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins?
Same person also said Britney Spears didn't have songs titled "Cinderella" or "Slave for You." Those were some of the songs from an old Spears's CD from when I was in middle school. It can be fact checked on Wiki for the love of humanity.
This person even says I don't write stories and poetry... She's read the stuff I wrote and said it was good.

A fourty year old woman in line at a resturant. Yeah. One, it's called ICE, and two no it isn't because then you need to keep it frozen by putting it in a freezer. A freezer that needs energy to run on.

My sister thinks that Switzerland is a part of France and Germany, as in they share it. French and German may be spoken there, but wow. Side note, I'm stoked for my Swiss family reunion this summer. Hoping for lots schwinging, polka, and yodeling.

There's this boy in my Science class. He gets teased by the other lads because one of his middle names is Podonski.
Cue many calls of "Polish!" "Salami Boy!" and other such nonsense.
So, today, one them asks him this question: "Does Poland even have a flag?"
He didn't know.
I thought about correcting them, 'cause I'm a tremendous flag nerd, but I didn't really wanna get involved and have "Susan Boyle loves Polish boy!" yelled through the class until Christmas.

So maybe it's because I'm not a kiwi, but I don't see what the big deal is. The comment is only a little bit racist, and I have no idea how that'd be considered 'over-pride,' just bigoted. @thread: some kids in my math class today didn't know that the 'b' in y=mx+b was the coordinate where the line of the graph touches the y-axis. There are sophomores and probably even juniors in that class.

"My ancestors didn't cross 6000 miles of ocean and found this nation so that it could be filled up with immigrants!"
I haven't wanted to punch someone in the face that bad in a couple of months.
And my personal, all time favorite, that I used to have hanging on my wall:
"Upon further review, it is the decision of the medical review board that the Persian Gulf Syndrome the service member is suffering from is not related to military service or his deployment to the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm and is unlikely to be related to any injury sustained there.
While the service member is acknowledged as suffering from Persian Gulf Syndrome, and provided proof as to the exposure of toxic chemicals and environments, this board feels that the service member must have been exposed to Persian Gulf Syndrome outside of his military career."
Go ahead, parse that.

^^ My neighbour did that to his car. We all watched and laughed. His fault.
We don't get snow often though, so its kinda understandable
