Awww, man. That's pretty shit to hear, especially when you invest that much time into the game.
But hey, there's always other games.

Few notes for the current scene: Cars are made of metal. You need to deal 20 damage to tear them apart. Hitting the weak spots(windows, hood, tires, etc) you can deal less damage(6 points piercing damage on tires will burst them, so your standard hand gun or an average strength guy with a knife can disable a car) but 'Jaws of Life' style tearing open doors and the metal frame needs at least 20 strength, preferably 40. A compact car can also be lifted with 40 strength, though larger cars will need a bit more. Also, thank Al for the image here. It's a good indication of Officer Prowlove (that's Prowl-ov, not Pro-Love)'s powered armor. He's not unique on the force, but TriPD only has a scattered few powered heroes working for them. Like Doc Evac(who's a doctor, but you get the point), Mackler Prowlove is a police officer first, hero second. www.toysnjoys.com/megazone23/megazone23garland115factorycolorver.jpgHe's also a member of Botcon, which reminds me, one of their representitives should start pestering Creeper soon for his super tech armor...

Okay, as said, I'd upload an image of Skyfall. His gauntlets are supposed to be a bit fancier and more high tech than that, but at the time I took that screenshot that was the best option for them. Attachments:

I'm not sure, and I don't think, that Cesspit and Karma would recognize Skyfall and Stormwing(he'll get a picture put up too eventually).
In the original Triumph City, shortly after the disasterous mayoral ball, Skyfall arrived in Triumph City and announced his presence by standing on the roof of one of the cities communication towers, sending lightning bolts into the air. This brought the attention of The Gentleman, Headcase, Hornet, and Maroon Destruction(who in this modified timeline wouldn't have been there). At the time Skyfall was more used to the 'territorial' heroes of Pinnacle City, and felt it best to announce his presence in the city rather than get into a misunderstanding that resulted in a fight. Of course, this was Headcase's first introduction to the Gentleman, so a fight ensued anyway.
The reason for Skyfalls visit at that time was that he was searching for the kidnapped Stormwing. Skyfall and the Triumphant apparently eventually found Stormwing, but I think that by that time the Triumphant's membership numbers had already shifted. I'm thinking that Cesspit and Karma never met Skyfall.
Also, because this is a section that never really got filled in, I'm not quite sure what the name of Skyfalls old team was. Just that it was led by DreamStar and had Skyfall and Stormwing in it(and DreamStar didn't particularly like them... Skyfall being his introverted self, and Stormwing being somewhat of a 'surfer bum' mentality. Plus... yeah, it's DreamStar, of course she wouldn't like them or care enough to send the full team to hunt down the kidnapper of their 'weakest link') Probably had a few other weather themed heroes on the team. I don't think it really matters though. Whatever the team was it broke up when Pinnacle City's heroes started to be taken over by corporations and the 'gang wars' of heroes fighting heroes was resolved by the current iron fist controlling that city. DreamStar is happier with her new team(female heroes may be offered a position in the team), and Skyfall is... well... where he is(quietly living off his heroing stipend as Inferno Witches neighbor).
Stormwing may very well show up, couch surfing with Skyfall. Hope Inferno Witch doesn't mind the new neighbor. I can hear Susan and Raven complaining now... "Annie... there's a rain cloud in the hallway... and I think I heard thunder in the laundry room..."

Character Name: Changeling/Peter Mors Costume/Appearance: He wears a bodysuit of what appears to be scale mail and the outfit itself is compltely black. Physically he appears to be in his late teens. Profile: A young man from Triumph who at one point disappeared without warning or notice, though none noticed the difference save for himself and those responsible: the faeries. For a long time, Peter grew up in the court of Faerie King Oberon and during his time there, developed powers that would stay with him forever, even after escaping from the Faerie otherworld. Upon returning to the human world, he found that he no longer aged like a normal human, or at all. He was immortal now. While searching for a way to fix this, he has decided to work as a hero in Triumph city to support himself, as well as in the hopes of finding away to rid himself of his immortality. Powersource: Faerie (?) Fighting: 37 Agility: 40 Strength: 15 Endurance: 20 Reason: 10 Intuition: 20 Psyche: 20 Resources: 10 Charisma: 30 Max Health: 112 Starting Karma: 50 Talents/Skills: -Swordplay: Trained by the most renowned swordsmaster in Oberon's naval force, Grand Admiral Hook, Peter knows how to hold his own in a fight. -Magic: He can wield elemental offensive-type magic but his mastery lies in illusions, twisting others' percetions of reality and their respective surroundings. -Stealth Powers/Equipment: -Flight -Shadow/Darkness Manipulation: It's difficult to say how far he can go with this power, since for the most part he uses it to have his shadow fight alongside him or to conceal himself. -Immortality/Eternal Youth -Magical panpipes: It is unknown exactly what these pipes are capable of, though Peter mainly uses them to draw attention away from himself such as lulling people to sleep or inducing a panic. -Hidden Blades -throwing knives -shortswordAttachments:

Okay... I was kinda hoping to move things along a little more, with some adoring public and maybe interviews and such... but here we go...
Starscream Defeated: 50 Aerodrones defeated: 20 each Car full of civilians rescued: 30 each Escorting Creeper off: 25 Not returning to help out: -20
And special for Legions, Villainous rant: 35 Getting captured by the law -20
Creeper and Bright Knight left before fully engaging all the Aerodrones, and before anyone was defeated, but I'm giving them a reward for Starscream and one Aerodrone(Creeper DID try to land on it after all). Cupid and Cesspit both saved a car full of people(anyone else take the time?). Legion is not getting a reward for fighting the Aerodrones, since he didn't really, but still the reward for foiling Starscream, plus some "villains karma" for tormenting the police officer. Aeon and Warrior Hopper have become NPCs, and their karma scores will have normalize if Alastor ever comes back.
Cupid: 100 + 180 = 280 Cesspit: 28 + 180 = 208
Nephilim: 77 + 150 = 227 Karma: 55 + 150 = 205
Legions: 65 + 65 = 130
Creeper: 0 + 50 = 50 Bright Knight: 275 + 75 = 350
Somebody check my math on that, and tell me if you have any disagreements on the rewards.
Also, if anyone performed exceptional roleplaying or creativity that you saw and I didn't mention, suggest a reward for them.

Yes! Yes you can ask a question! Will it be answered to your level of enjoyment? Eh... maybe not. Let's see shall we?
The "chick scoping Bright Knight and Creeper outs" is an effort on my part to foreshadow and build the world around our heroes.
More to the point her Code Name is "Dirge", her secret identity is Threnody Durents(I think. I don't seem to have her last name in my notes). She has an inborn mutant power, that of sonic manipulation, allowing her to project "brown notes"(sonic resonance that triggers bodily functions) with just her singing voice. She also was recruited as a member of the Robotics Consortium(BotCon) as a lab assistant.
The Triumphant met her, in her capacity as a lab assistant, on one of their first official investigations, trying to track down the giant SUV robot that attacked them when they first met. They probably would not remember her however, as Threnody was just a lab assistant getting them coffee and muffins("Sorry, no donuts, we're trying to watch our waistline here at Powers Automotives.") while they talked to the scientists at the lab where the giant robot had been stolen from. She also did not have a chance to display her mutant ability for them.
Since the current RP is a few years after that, Threnody has changed somewhat, and obviously gotten a bit meaner. She's also been outfitted by Botcon with a motorcycle, presumably a transforming one like Officer Prowlove(also a member of Botcon) used on the bridge, though I think I described it as smaller and sleeker, not as boxy as his model.
Botcon itself is a sort of self policing group, one of several trying to maintain the 'masqurade' while rising to wealth and power. Botcon specializes in physical science minded 'mad' scientists, helping keep them in check and pointing them to how to live a good life off their special skills. They also try to seek out and recruit heroes(and villains) with similar themed abilities to their ranks. Gadgeteers, cyborgs, robot builders, technopaths, and powered armor are all under their self appointed jurisdiction.
Botcon however is not a single monolithic organization, and is in the midst of a "Civil Cold War". A civil war in the fact that it is two(or more) factions within the group who are at odds with each other, disagreeing on various choices being made by the governing heads with close friends and even family members finding themselves on opposite sides of the struggle, and a cold war in that they haven't officially started shooting at each other yet and everyone is jockeying for position and power before things really hit the fan and get messy with an all out war spilling onto the streets. While both sides agree that their special skills and talents make them "better" the current Botcon administration believes they should use those skills for the betterment of all mankind, while opposition states that they should be a bit more direct in their aquisitions.
For example, both Starscream and MachAlert are members of Botcon. Outside of their armor, they'd probably recognize each other as friends. In their armor they're bitter enemies, super villain and hero. MachAlert is working for the public good and one day hopes to equip the whole police force with the motorcycle/mecha he uses. Starscream gathered several others who could build jet/mecha and made a gang of high tech, high class, thieves.
Dirge, and the people she reports to, want to know which of those Creeper is, and if he's recruitable. Dirge was observing Starscreams little protest on the bridge and decided that tracking Creeper and Bright Knight would be more a productive use of her time. She also decided that Creeper is to unstable for her to deal with personally(particularly in his home neighborhood), she needs to call in somebody better suited to try to recruit him. Might also try to aproach Bright Knight(they don't know enough about Bright Knight to tell how her powers work).
So, does that excessive bit of exposition answer your question?

Ooookay... how does everyone feel about a time skip to the evening then? I mean, I would have liked you all to roleplay out a "normal" day for your character. Getting lunch, going to work(if they work), talking with friends, playing video games, taking a shower(particularly after the fight on the bridge)...
But we seem to have lost BrightKnight, InfernoWitch, Lady Enigma, Aeon Phoenix, and Warrior Hopper, so that only leaves a few characters left to run the fast fowards though the day.
Depending where you are in the evening will depend on how you're contacted, but some dimensional incursions are going to crop up for you guys(and other heroes) to investigate, and I'd like it, and will try to arrange it, so that everyone heads over to the docks. Reports of mermaids and ghost pirate ships...
Also, Changeling looks like he's all set, so intro him into the story if you can.

Character Name: Galihvi Atsutsa, or Sleeping Boy Costume/Appearance: Profile: Sleeping Boy was born to a pair of Lakota Sioux natives, part of a small, renegade band of refugees and reservation escapees crisscrossing the Great Plains at the turn of the twentieth century. As told by their small tribes' elders and his parents, Sleeping Boy was no ordinary youth; according to the long-lost legend of old, he was the living embodiment of the Wakan Tanka, the 'Great Spirit' of the tribes of old, master of earth, sky, fire, and nature. Sleeping Boy had little time to own up to his responsibilities as the newest incarnation of the spirit, however; his tribe was on the run from the US, as they had been for decades. It was only a matter of time before they were caught in the winter of 1912, in the far northern reaches of North Dakota, mere miles from the Canadian border. Outgunned and outmanned, Sleeping Boy's entire tribe was massacred before him - but not before he escaped into the icy waters of a nearby lake, the will of the Wakan Tanka taking the wheel to freeze him solid below the surface. Exactly one hundred years had passed before he was unearthed - thawed, rather - and nursed back to health at the local reservation by a kindly family of natives not unlike his own family, and upon rediscovering his destiny as the Wakan Tanka, found himself on a quest to master all four elements of the Great Spirit in a sprawling castle of smoke and steel called Triumph City. Powersource: The Wakan Tanka, "the sacred" or "the divine" in Sioux culture. This is usually translated as "The Great Spirit". Fighting: 10 (w/Sky: 20) Agility: 10 (w/Sky: 20) Strength: 5 (w/Earth: 25) Endurance: 10 (w/Sky: 20) Reason: 6 Intuition: 10 (w/Nature: 20) Psyche: 15 (w/Nature: 30) Resources: 1 Charisma: 4 Max Health: 35 Starting Karma: 31 Talents/Skills: Hunting, tracking, meditation, archery, survivalist skills Powers/Equipment: Earth: the geokinetic ability to manipulate earth and rock, in all their various forms. As a relative novice, Sleeping Boy is familiar with limited geokinetic powers such as earth levitation (up to eight hundred pounds, at the most) and seismic sight, which allows him to channel the earth to gather awareness of his surroundings and the dangers therein. Sky: the aerokinetic ability to control and manipulate currents of air, up to speeds of ninety miles per hour. As a relative novice, Sleeping Boy is familiar with limited aerokinetic powers such as using air currents to accentuate speed, agility, and basic melee attacks. Fire: the pyrokinetic ability to create and control fire. Sleeping Boy has the ability to excite or speed up an object's atoms, increasing their thermal energy until they ignite, not necessarily objects, but also air particles. Nature: Unlike the other elements, Wakan Tanka's connection to nature is one of the most critical to the host's oneness with all things. Nature allows for a direct connection with the Great Spirit itself, with a renewed sight of earthly and celestial bodies alike. Sleeping Boy is the least skilled in this power; it saved his life once before, but beyond that, he often lacks the patience to meditate to further pursue this connection.

Four notes: First off "new applicants" had me hoping for new players, but I'm willing to accept additional characters of current players.
Secondly, "accentuates... basic melee attacks" would be a bonus to Fighting, not Agility. I'm thinking both Fighting and Agility should be boosted while using that particular aerokinetic ability.
Thirdly: for the three physical elements of Earth, Sky, and Fire, it would be nice to note how effective they are divorced of his physical abilities. For example, how with geokinetic ability much weight can be levitated, and is he any more attentive to his surroundings because of "seismic sight"? How strong the force of wind with aeorkinetic ability? How much damage can the pyrokinetic ability produce(how hot can he get the fire going?)
Finally... while Psyche is usually utilized in this system as "magic"... it is done so because it represents the characters strength of will, their ability to mentally remain true to themselves while harnessing reality and/or mind warping forces. Normally Psyche is also considered your characters level of sanity.
If you are looking for something that provides a connection and awareness/understanding of to the rest of reality, a "oneness" with the cosmic all, the FASERIP system actually suggests you use Intuition. I would suggest adding to Sleeping Boy's Intuition as well as Psyche when using his Nature ability.

Fire blaster? No problem.
When you've got stuff worked out a bit better, tell me what you've got.
I mean, are we talking spandex wearing Human Torch like character, flying on their own heat waves, or more like some rebel gang banger who can light his own smokes with his fingertip? Or maybe an experimental subject set loose on the world?

All I really know about her past is she's Russian and she's going to probably be a foreign exchange student of some sort. Considering the original incarnation was a magical girl, I think I'm gonna make the Sailor Mars to Cupid's Sailor Moon. ...Fuck I don't know, I'll get my shit together though.
