Alrightie here we go! Name: Natalia "Natasha" Dmitriovna Zakova/ Scorched Earth Costume/Appearence: Profile: Born in what was roughly the Russian equivalent to Triumph City, a haven to all Russian superheros and a giant magnet for trouble. Her powers are hereditary, her grandmother whom she was named after, apparentely helped saved the world from certain destruction back in the 1940s, with the help of an international group of magical girls. The details are a bit sketchy and lost to time, considering most of the original members are dead. But Natasha keeps the legacy living. Her powers are pyrokinetic and she spent her time burning various threats to a crisp in her hometown, while trying to live the life of a normal Russian girl. And then she was accepted to a foreign exchange program and moved to Triumph City, not realizing she's not exactly getting a break from superhero work. Personality wise, Natasha is a pretty ordinary 17 year old girl. She's a bit of a loner at school because of her super hero work constantly getting in the way of socializaion, and in America she also gets people calling her a "fucking commie". She's a bit belligerent toward those she cares about and teases them, but it only shows she cares for them. Power Source: Magical Fighting: 13 Agility: 22 Strength: 15 Endurance: 19 Reason: 19 Intuition: 22 Psyche: 25 Resources: 2 (parents are all the way in Russia, and can only send care packages once in awhile) Charisma: 6 (Not particularly a people person... prefers to get job done) Max Health: 69 Starting Karma: 66 Talents/ Skill: Talent in Archery Powers: Can create fire out of nothing, and can control it. This can range from small fireballs that burn people to being able to set shit on fire, (+ 30 damage). She has a bit of a hard time controlling where her fire goes, and can cause collateral damage by accident. Can also create a smokescreen, that can cover up her tracks and confuse her enemies. (controlled by Psyche level)

Character Name: Kyle Young Costume/Appearance: Because I'm just not hiding what I'm ripping off basing him onProfile: There's a long, long story here involving his girlfriend Valerie getting kidnapped at a seemingly abandoned mansion, a few thousand demons, and a mad scientist. Point is, he died during it. And dying? Dying is a goddamn bummer, man. ...So another demon, one who likes killing things, revived him as a hulking monster of a man, standing just an inch or two shy of 8 feet- with the deal that he'd help Kyle save Val. And when the newly-superhuman Kyle woke up, and after slowly going through the mansion and getting rid of the demons in the mansion (and the mansion itself by proxy), he'd find that Valerie and the Good Doctor weren't there. They weren't even in the city, and somehow not the state either. So he did what every pissed off, driven boyfriend would do: Go cross country to find him. Because the demon suggested it, claiming ' Every mad man goes to Triumph, I mean, have you ever dealt with this shit before?'. How this demon knew what Triumph was is a mystery. Powersource: Supernatural Fighting: 25 Agility: 8 Strength: 42 Endurance: 35 Reason: 9 Intuition: 10 Psyche: 30 Resources: 4 Charisma: 6 Max Health: 110 Starting Karma: 49 Talents/Skills: Moderate knowledge of Spanish, skill with melee weapons- particularly bladed ones. Powers/Equipment: -Health Regeneration (Can spend 5 Karma to regain 3 HP) -Invulnerability (Anything dealing less than 25 points of damage he'll shrug off.) Character Name: Muerte Infernal Reason: 50 Intuition: 25 Profile: To put it short, Muerte is a demon from... Hell, maybe. He's not really sure, Muerte Infernal isn't even his name. He's been cooped up an old mansion on the other side of the country for a few hundreds of years, give or take a few decades. He's still a bit stir crazy, meaning he's absolutely batshit and bloodthirsty. Though he did suggest Kyle put on an antique skull mask since ' Nobody wants to see what your face looks like right now, Kyle'. Talents/Skills: Has a fair amount of knowledge of extra dimensional beings and concepts. Would be able to make one hell of a Philly Cheese Steak but he, y'know, doesn't have hands. Powers/Equipment: Merged to Kyle Young currently, see his sheet for knowledge.

Given that the demon apparently has constant communication with him, the demons stats for Reason and Intuition count as the Kyles for combat purposes. Presumably the demon also has a Psyche, but it's below Kyles, meaning the demon can't take control of him(or HASN'T TRIED YET, thus we don't know what the demons Psyche is)
That high strength is going to mean most of his weapons will break in his hands. Just mentioning that.
This guy is going to be a nasty brute, given his high fighting, strength, and endurance rating, but it doesn't look like he's any good with guns. Between his regeneration and invulnerability, he can probably take the hits while closing the distance in a fight though.
I'm not entirely sure how to bring him into the story right off... you have any ideas? The demon has him show up at the Pocket D where a number of folks are joining together? Or maybe he meets with someone else? You're going to have to make him somewhat conspicuous in his teaming up...

Name: Anaïs de St. Alyre/Midnight Pulsar Costume/Appearance: Profile: Hailing from France, Anaïs de St. Alyre has transferred to the US--specifically, to Triumph City--to both continue her education there as well as a new change of scene. Despite that her looks give the impression she's that one high-school girl who has a possee wherever she goes and isn't very nice, she's actually a good girl and her heart's in the right place, even if she seems to have an incredibly specific obliviousness towards the affections of any one who may have a crush/something more for her. Like Cupid and Scorched Earth, she too has an animal sidekick, a Paradise Tree snake called Asklepius. She is 16 years old. Fighting: 30 Agility: 20 Strength: 10 Endurance: 30 Reason: 5 Intuition: 15 Psyche:14 Resources: 8 Charisma: 25 Max Health: 90 Starting Karma: 34 Talent/Skills: Singing, Bringing out the beauty in everyone, cooking Powers/Equipment: -Can create singularities (or small, localized black holes) -Can travel through different dimensions -Can warp space or one's perception of it -Can manipulate darkness and shadow, from plunging a given area into darkness to using it offensively against her enemies. She can also use it as a healsource. (+15) -Chaos Blade: A chain sickle she wields with remarkable efficiency though on occasion she still messes up from time to time, due to not having completely recovered all the body memory that comes with wielding the weapon. I'm given to understand you're still accepting signups. If so, can I sign up?
Character Name: The Knight of the Brown Ale (real name Eva Song, real real name Doris Wibblington) Costume/Appearance: Generally, Eva - if you had a name like Doris you'd get rid of it as soon as you could as well - is seen in the standard uniform of the Classical History student. This consists in her case of a battered-looking burgundy dressing-gown, a T-shirt advertising Bagwort Brewery's Evil Stouty Bastard under a thick, dark grey cable-knit jumper, a pair of flared black jeans and steel toecapped Doc Martens with rainbow patterned laces and the cast of Friendship is Magic painted on the toes. The Classical History class is an odd-looking bunch, y'see.
When out on patrol, though, it's a different story. During a transformation sequence that takes a full minute to complete properly and unlock her powers (and must not be interrupted lest the proverbial 'Orrible Gribbly Fings show up and bite chunks of her soul off), her normal clothing is discarded (save for her boots and underwear, you incorrigible perverts) and replaced with a large suit of scale-mail armour. It's a riot of colours, for the scales themselves are all caps from bottles of real ale. They're all laid over a fleece lining, though, which helps with, er, chafing. Eva does not like to talk about the chafing, and anyone who does is probably familiar with it, possibly having seen the red marks it leaves everywhere on her body through their incredibly powerful binoculars. Coif, baldric, everything's draped in layers of bottle tops, but don't be fooled - the same power that brought them into existence enables them to withstand many a mighty blow, though sufficiently powerful blows might just marmalise the soft, squishy Eva inside them.
As a person, Eva's very tall for a girl, standing at 6'3" in her Jigglypuff socks. She has deep orange hair - don't call her ginger, she hates it - which has a terrible tendency to explode outwards like a small bomb going off. Combined with her youthful features, gym-bunny muscles, piercing green eyes and unfortunate case of freckles, the wags of the Classical History class have taken to calling her BBM, in this case short for Big Butch Merida. Eva would like very much to have a short conversation with the person who thought that particular comparison up. The word "ow" would feature heavily in proceedings, as would the words "please", "stop", and "not the kidneys!".
Profile: Eva's a hardened real-ale drinker who has thus far avoided a beer gut by an almost religious dedication to her local gymnasium. A rather angry and sarcastic sort, she basically just wants to be left alone. Having been threatened into joining The Triumphant when someone got wind of her powers, she's... not very good at the whole heroics thing. All she really wants out of life is to be left alone with a nice house, a few supertankers of beer, and at least three sexy brunettes with glasses. Eva would insist to anyone listening that the brunettes in question were all male, like the guy from that one movie and dammit she can't remember his name but he was really hot, you know, it's not like she's into the, the other stuff at all, nuh-uh, not for her, who told you different.
Whether or not you actually believe any of that, particularly when it's coming from a 25-year-old postgraduate history student, is entirely up to you.
Powersource: Divine. Sort of. See, despite being reasonably brawny and athletic, most thugs are capable of beating the tar out of Eva in her depowered state. Before she got her powers... one did. She wasn't exactly muscular back in her hometown, but still possessed that kind of angry, pugnacious spirit that makes her an incredibly loyal friend. One of her friends, a pretty blonde by the name of Rose, was involved in a massive fight with her then-boyfriend at their local pub, in which Eva happened to be drinking at the time. When the then-tubby girl tried to intervene, the man went berserk, singlehandedly trashing the bar and beating her half to death.
During her time unconscious and close to expiring, she met with someone who called herself Ninkasi, taking the form of a statuesque Middle Eastern woman in, well, not very much at all. Accompanied by some built Welsh guy with a completely unpronounceable name, she dressed her in armour made from bottle caps and handed her a sword. Then there was a blinding white light.
She doesn't remember what happened afterwards, but the bar was eventually repaired. Ronald Shorley was convicted of criminal damage, assault, grievous bodily harm...
And the murder of Rose McDermott.
After that, Eva moved to Triumph City and tried to forget about Rose. Real ale and craft beer helped, but what really made her forget the most was when she was out kicking nineteen kinds of ass as The Knight of the Brown Ale. With a pattern-welded longsword in one hand and a never-ending tankard in the other, the Knight is a symbol of beer and its incredible power as a uniter and as a warrior. It is a sacred drink, and Eva is its champion. So it is, and so shall it be. Now c'mere, love, yer m'bess friend an', an' ah LOVEYA.
Fighting: (12) 26 Agility: (13) 26 Strength: (13) 28 Endurance: (18) 32 Reason: (17) 29 Intuition: (16) 21 Psyche: (16) 27
N.B.: Bracketed values are for her depowered state.
Resources: 10 (most of which goes on real ale) Charisma: 16 Max Health: (38) 80 Starting Karma: (49) 77 Talents/Skills: Drunken Master: The power of Ninkasi and Goibniu flows strongest in those who have recently imbibed their sacred drink - which is fortunate for Eva, since she's got a bottomless tankard filled with whichever beer she's craving right at the moment. In battle, it's generally German lager that you can drink in a single gulp. Each time she does this, her Fighting, Endurance and Strength scores increase by 3, but her Agility decreases by 4 and her Reason and Intuition decrease by 5. Also, she gets her ass drunk, which means there's a slight tendency of hers, once the fight is over, to hit on the nearest female with the self-confidence of a noble lord and the language skills of a clump of moss. And then hurt like hell in the morning.
Hangover Strike: An activated skill that can only be used in the first round of combat and only when Eva is sober (i.e. running on base stats). Eva's mighty blade can deliver the crippling pain of a real ale hangover to a single opponent, which does 10 additional damage over five turns and decreases their Agility by 20 for two turns.
NOT MY PRECIOUS BABIES!: Even in her most drunken state, there are things that Eva will not do. One of them is attack any non-villain character from the television series My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Foes capable of creating illusions might want to bear this in mind.
Powers/Equipment:
When powered:- Bottlecap Helm: +3 Endurance, +6 Strength Bottlecap Hauberk: +3 Endurance Bottlecap Trews: +3 Endurance, +6 Agility Bottlecap Gauntlets: +3 Endurance, +6 Fighting Aleblade: +10 Fighting, 25 Damage, always strikes last N.B.: All items can be broken or knocked off, making Eva lose their benefit for the remainder of the fight. Any attack that deals 10 Damage will break one part of the armour, though the Aleblade can only be broken/knocked out of her hands if she is in melee combat with her opponent and attempting to parry a blow.
When unpowered:- Buzz Baton: 5 Damage, Melee, chance to stun enemies Broken Bottle: 5 Damage, Melee
In both states:- Twilight Sparkle's Patented Friendship-Increasing Boots: +3 Endurance, +5 Strength, 4 Damage.
Er, is this okay? I hope she's not too powerful...

No, not at all! She's awesome. She and Cupid will get along marvelously (and I'm glad I didn't carry over her civilian name as Rose and changed it to Isolde xD). I'll admit I skimmed though, and there ARE a lot of things you need to work on. Perhaps you'd like someone to help you?
What Al is trying to say is that we aren't members of the Triumphant, at the very least not yet!

Ah, I see. And help would be greatly appreciated; I'm trying to make a melee AD carry, to borrow some terminology and abuse it like a redheaded stepchild, and I've had the idea for the Knight for a while. I'm also almost completely unfamiliar with the FASERIP system and a... less than brilliant writer, so if you're offering to make Eva better then I will gladly and gratefully accept. =]

Okay, yeah, starting from the top here...
Yep! Let's see what you've got.
Sounds okay, though "The Knight of the Brown Ale" seems to be a bit of a long name to be shouted in battle, but I could totally see this being hilarious. And as for the "real name" and "real real name" looks fine.
Quite acceptable, though it might be best if you organize it and trim out some of the details. This section is for people to skim over and get a good idea of your characters appearance so when your on the scene they can refer to you as "That woman in bottle cap armor" or something descriptive instead of just your name. Images are nice, but not needed, you give a very good mental image, it's... just a little excessive with more comparisons than straight descriptions. Either way, acceptable as is, no need to alter.
The first two attempts at Triumph City, which were done on other forums(with only a few of the same people), players were forced into The Triumphant. In fact became the founders. THIS version you're under no such restriction, and in fact no player characters are members of the Triumphant. Particular given that The Knight of the Brown Ale doesn't seem to WANT membership, it certainly wouldn't be forced on them.
Okay... not that's pretty rambling there. You may want to trim some of that off and put it into the profile, though I leave it up to you, since you do tell the origins there.
The FASERIP numbers look good as they are, but I fear your math is a bit off for the derived values. For example, your girl without armor/transformation: 12+13+13+18=38? My calculator says 56 After Transformation:26+26+28+32= 80? My calculator says 112 Now given that you did the Reason, Intuition, and Psyche numbers right on, I'm thinking that I didn't explain what should be added together well enough, like you missed a number.
Okay, you seem to be listing specific "moves" here. Which I think is how BESM uses Talents, which is somewhat different from Classic Marvel FASERIP.
These are the talents that would adjust your base stats under specific conditions. For example, the X-man Cyclops has a talent at Geometry(believe it or not, given how mundane it sounds). When attempting to solve a math problem, you check his Reason stat, when attempting to solve a Geometry problem, Reason plus the bonus for his talent.
Actually seems to fit this. While drunk you gain endurance and strength. There are actually rules for being drunk in the game, you get +10 to fighting and -20 agility and intuition(but can not drop below 4), plus need to make a difficult endurance roll the morning after or your hang over puts you at -10 all stats for half that day.
This sounds more like a super power, one focused through the Aleblade no less, not something that you can just train anyone to do.
I'm... not even sure what to do with this... fit it into the profile? It's not really a skill or power or... I'm not sure. But it's a good note to include on the character.
Alright, here I'm a bit confused. You list off each part of the armor, and include the bonuses it brings. But the armor is part of the transformation, so are these bonuses already added in, or are these in addition to the transformation? For example, after being transformed, and fighting hard enough that each part of the bottle cap armor is broken off of her, does that count is being "un-transformed" or is she still in her divinely empowered body, and the armor was adding MORE to her endurance/strength/etc? Might want to do away with the whole additional stats granted by items, and just leave it as a "Material Strength 10" armor(meaning something has to deal more than 10 damage to destroy it, and less than ten damage the wearer can ignore).
You might want to keep the Aleblade as it's own item, besides the armor. Include the "Hangover Strike" ability, since it seems to work with the Aleblade. Include the tankard of unending beer as well.
Oh... a glass bottle, unbroken, deals the wielders level in strength damage, and if strength is more than 4, the bottle has a chance of breaking(to the point that a strength of 10 practically assures that you've broken the bottle with any swing). A broken glass bottle deals an additional 6 cutting damage(and again has a chance of breaking).
Likewise, for the Boots you give a damage of 4... are the boots specifically padded to deal LESS damage? Normally a melee strike(punch, kick, whatever) deals damage equal to the attackers strength, and your girl has more than 4 in strength. Or are the boots bladed or something, so they deal 4 damage in addition to whatever blunt force was behind the kick?

Thanks so much for the input. I think a lot of my errors can basically be put down to the fact that I have precisely dick experience with the FASERIP system, Classic Marvel or otherwise. I shall address your points in order.
1} Yeah, the description does need a bit of tightening up. I tend to ramble on. And on. And on... As for the name, though, well, The Brown Bottle was taken. He's a character from British satirical magazine Viz. Go and read Viz. Viz is awesome.
2} This isn't so much not knowing much about FASERIP as it is a case of RTFM. I was labouring under the delusion that everyone had to be in the Triumphant and, since Eva really wouldn't fit in something like that, I added the line about her being press-ganged into service by them. It shall be amended accordingly.
3} The miscalculations on my part here are another little bit of unfamiliarity with FASERIP. I forgot to add the Endurance stat when calculating Eva's max HP. Mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.
4} Again, chalk this up to almost total ignorance of how a FASERIP system works. I'll bump Hangover Strike down to the Powers section. I should point out though that any bonuses from being drunk are added onto the bonuses from Drunken Master thanks to a little help from her patron deities (whom are real mythological beer deities from the Sumerian (Ninkasi) and Celtic (Goibniu) traditions). I'll amend it to say how many times she can stack Drunken Master before the benefits from being drunk kick in.
5} I did consider putting NOT MY PRECIOUS BABIES into the character section, but since it has an actual combat effect I decided to put it in Talents/Skills instead. Any competent illusionist can summon an image of a small purple unicorn, and therefore they will be completely safe from her attacks as long as they can keep the illusion up.
6} I think I will rejig the armour to just have Material Strengths of whatever. The point was that they boosted her in addition to the boost she received from the transformation sequence, but if she loses all the armour and the Aleblade, she reverts back to her depowered state.
7} I didn't put the neverending tankard into the items section because, well, I didn't know what to do with it. I think I'll just tie the Drunken Master skill to the item instead.
8} Once again, this is entirely down to me not knowing a damn thing about FASERIP systems. The bottle comes pre-broken, though. I think that I'll say that the boots aren't bladed, because she's not Rosa Klebb, but they still do additional damage because they're massive great steel-toed Doc Marten boots. Catch someone on the left temple with one of those and their skull will shatter like an egg. Don't ask how I know that. Anyway, it wasn't ever proved...
Finally, thanks again for your input and I will edit my signup sheet accordingly. Thanks for giving me a chance! =]

Talents/Skills:- Classical History Postgraduate: Eva is studying for a Masters in Classical History at Triumph City Metropolitan University, with a focus on the Mediterranean and the Punic Wars. Any Reason or Intuition checks made regarding something involving Ancient Greece, the Roman Empire, Alexandrian Macedon or the Carthaginian Empire get a +10 bonus.
Experienced Academic: Being a postgrad, Eva has a pretty good level of general knowledge from interesting books and journals. +5 to any Reason or Intuition check made in a library.
Master of Drunk-People Logic: As every alcoholic knows, you do all your best thinking after you've had a drink or six. Each time Eva passes an Intuition check while drunk, the penalty to her Intuition is decreased by 5. Each time Eva fails one, however, the penalty to her Intuition is increased by 5.
Hardened Drinker: When you've been drinking real ale practically since birth in a town where the only thing to do is go down the pub for as many pints as your unemployment benefit can pay for, hangovers become markedly less present. Eva uses the Strength value of her powered form when checking to see if she has a hangover (that is, 28 instead of 13).
When powered:- Bottlecap Helm: Material Strength 10 Bottlecap Hauberk: Material Strength 20 Bottlecap Trews: Material Strength 10 Bottlecap Gauntlets: Material Strength 10
Aleblade: +10 Fighting, 25 Damage, always strikes last, allows use of Hangover Strike.
N.B.: The Aleblade can only be broken/knocked out of her hands if she is in melee combat with her opponent and attempting to parry a blow. If all the armour breaks AND the Aleblade is knocked out of her hands, Eva is depowered.
When unpowered:-
Buzz Baton: 5 Damage, Melee, chance to stun enemies Broken Bottle: 5 Damage, Melee
In both states:-
Twilight Sparkle's Patented Friendship-Increasing Boots: +3 Endurance, +5 Strength, +4 Damage. (Values not included in base stats for either of Eva's states)
The Lupulicopia: A bottomless tankard that contains whatever beer the holder desires. It is also tough enough to be used as a crude bludgeon. Allows use of Drunken Master. Drunken Master: The power of Ninkasi and Goibniu flows strongest in those who have recently imbibed their sacred drink - which is fortunate for Eva, since she's got a bottomless tankard filled with whichever beer she's craving right at the moment. In battle, it's generally German lager that you can drink in a single gulp. Each time she does this, her Fighting, Endurance and Strength scores increase by 3, but her Agility decreases by 4 and her Reason and Intuition decrease by 5. She received the relevant bonuses and penalties for being drunk after three stacks of Drunken Master have been applied.
I hate to double post, but this is the edited version of my signup. Is this better? Is this even right? Please say... =]

Admittedly I'm not the GM but there's some things about her bio that frankly, are bugging me so...
She could have gotten her name legally changed to Eva Song. There's no reason for her not to. A small thing but still.
The Classical History bit...As far as I know that's irrelevant to what she'll be doing in the rp so why keep mentioning it. It doesn't seem to factor into her powers or their use at all.
If she's not that interested in being a hero, or even have a motive for trying her hand at it, why is she a superhero? Sounds like she'd rather ignore the powers she got and move on with life.
This part REALLY bothers me. Even accepting he was drunk, what reason did he have for taking it so far? Why did he even react like that when Eva apparently gave no provocation for such a reaction? Does he have a history of being an abusive jerk? Is he a raging drunk? Is this the first time that sort of thing has happened or have there been other incidents. Context is badly needed here.
This makes her seem like the kind of person the Triumph government wouldn't want as a government-sanctioned hero but I could be reading too much into it. Then again, we have nutjobs like Creeper also playing at superhero so...lesser of two evils?
Talents/Skills:-
Again, how is this relevant to what jobs she'll be taking on as a superhero. You can't expect criminals to try and reenact historical battles and such, right?
Considering it mainly involves Classical History I'm not sure how this would be helpful.
How has she not had serious health issues if she's been drinking from birth? More to the point, how is she still alive and not six feet under from Alcohol poisoning?

Okay, the name thing I'll accept, but I just wanted to have an explanation for why she has a name like that. Cool names without reason rub me up the wrong way.
She's fighting crime for the exact same reason Batman fights crime; bitterness about something there was absolutely no possibility of their preventing. I agree that the backstory there needs more context, and I shall hand it out.
I basically put in the stuff about her degree for completeness' sake. Besides, when she's sober, she's a damned good academic, and a lot of things in comics are based on Greco-Roman mythology (eg. Wonder Woman's entire friggin' backstory).
Her drinking: she's now the avatar of two different deities, both associated with alcohol consumption. They have no interest in her dying of liver cirrhosis or various health complications, so they remove the toxic aspect. About the least you could expect from a girl whose entire powerset revolves around beer is that she's not going to get serious health problems from drinking it to excess...
All in all, I feel I must defend my choices there. This isn't me attacking you; this is merely disagreement.

I know about Wonderwoman's backstory. And its fine that your character is a student on Classical history but I mention it because it doesn't seem like it'll be relevant to her work. If anything it seems like she'll be dropping references to historical events at the drop of a hat and that could get old really fast.
It's perefectly logical to think that these gods would fix that, it's not beyond their ability. However, my main problem is that you explicitly state she's been doing this from birth. From. Birth. How is she not dead yet!?
And it's great that you defend your choices. I wasn't trying to attack you myself but honestly there were a lot of things there I felt needed to be addressed.

The thing about her drinking from birth is an exaggeration for comic effect. Have you heard of those?

The thing about her drinking from birth is an exaggeration for comic effect. Have you heard of those? If I may interrupt... It's all fine and good that you've been defending your character and are trying to make it more humorous. No big deal, nothing major, all in good spirit. Bunch of games, etc, etc. ...However. There is no need to get pissy like that. Treat the other users with respect if you want respect yourself. Consider this a warning.

You're right, of course. I apologise; I'd say it's been a bit of a shit day, but that's a reason, not an excuse. I shouldn't have snapped at someone who's only trying to help.

Oh... this is going to be a bit of a reply, now inn't?
Certainly. I realize how tricky learning a new system is when you have no experience with it, and I don't intend to hold it against you if you make simple mistakes. We've all been there.
Alright. I appreciate that. However... you said that the point of the armor was that it boosted her abilities, in addition to her transformation which has already boosted her abilities. So... maybe you should streamline it and have the boosts the armor gives her in with the boost that the transformation gives her, since they both are lost when the armor is lost.
Oh... and as for us "incorrigible perverts" as the armor is being blasted off of her(10 points of damage is more than your average citizen can manage, but not uncommon to encounter among the superpowered set) and she's reverted to an unpowered form... she's going to be left in her underwear(and boots), isn't she? You sure you don't want the transformation to include the clothing? The full minute uninterrupted transformation is reason enough not to just pop back into transformed state after being stripped.
Okay, that makes sense with the boots having additional damage bonus since they're good heavy steel-toed. That works. A 4 damage isn't that much, but adding a 4 to her strength rating could give someone a very bad bit of pain.
Though... a pre-broken bottle doesn't have much of a chance of holding any beer...
Okay, like with the armor, it might be best to add those into the base or transformed stats. Unless she has a strong chance of the boots being removed from her for some reason. This, really, is just trying to streamline and simplify things.
As the GM(though not the forum mod, who has already spoken) there are a number of things bugging me about the bio. However, most of the ones you bring up are minor enough I could overlook them so long as an understanding about them is reached(the motivation for being a hero is... somewhat sketchy. I'll accept a reluctant hero, but if you hide from the Call To Adventure too much, you're just going to get left out). For example:
Firstly, this is in reply to a talent she has for simply using a library. The use of a library explores more than just classical history and could come in handy for investigations and such. Now, the talent before that focused on Classical History, and while it's probably NOT going to be much use as a hero(it might, though I have no plans to take the story in that direction), it does round out the character and is a welcome addition to the character sheet.
Other points, particularly the heavily stacking upgrades to the base stats, are more my concern at the moment. Also points for things that could be misused. The "bottomless" tankard for example... I'm going to say that the gods that power it intend for it's contents to be consumed, and she's not allowed to, say, flood a building simply by turning it upside down. I've sorta given up trying to catch every single one of those, particularly since some people seem to want to develop those sorts of things ingame and leave no reference to them in their initial charactersheet(examples include Scorched Earth having teleport abilities and Wickerman's burlap sack being alive). My solution has become to assume good faith initially and catch you at them when you try using them in game.
They still allow her to have a hangover though, so they're not entirely allowing her to abuse their divine gifts it seems.
Oh, I had to look up a very obscure ruling in the source books for this... it's Endurance not Strength that you resist a hangover with. Sorta makes sense, as Endurance is also how you resist poisons and diseases, including fatigue toxins. So for the "Hardened Drinker" thing, does that specifically say "Use Strength Instead" or "Use Transformed state Instead"?
Anyway, I see I'm going to have to familiarize myself a little better with the ruling specifics on alcoholism and substance abuse for handling this character...

It should be using her powered stat to resist it, which should be Endurance. I shall amend my signup accordingly. Also, you have my word that I'm not going to be a dick about the tankard. It's designed to refill once you empty it, which I should have made clear, and if you spill it then that's your lookout. The new signup does remove the armour's various upgrades and I shall amend the boots accordingly, and as for the transformation sequence... I think I'll have it so that her outfit morphs into the armour.
Thank you very much for your input, and I hope I shall be a credit to the game.

Main issue with the backstory is that it seems like he was just picked up from the streets and put into college just like that. No mention of pre-college education whatsoever. As for the stats you can wait for Per to get on...?

To be honest, I thought it was just implied. Implying that he went to highschool was pretty much filler that I thought wasn't needed (there's a lot of filler in that post, I had to cut alot back ._.) You can pretty much guess that by being an intellectual that went to college, he would of went to highschool.

Fair enough. He's called Cadaver but his power is phasing? What's the relevance?

Yeah, sorry for not getting back to this quickly enough. Your sign up is still a bit rambly and cluttered, but I think I can glean the relevant information from it, so welcome aboard. Feel free to write yourself into the story. At the moment the Triumphant have called into action all honorary members, and any other person who can handle super powered opposition. If you're a part of that, say you got assigned(or tagged along with someone who was assigned) and went to the docks. That's where most of our player characters are getting into a battle against the child kidnapping fairies(and other similar supernatural creatures, I'm intentionally not going to draw on any one particular mythos for this). Alternately, our "Magical girl" population who are too new to have gotten in on that above "mailing list" are at one of the malls/shopping centers/something-ill-defined-where-they-can-buy-shoes in the city and are also about to get themselves involved in a battle between non-player heroes and the fae who want to capture the shoppers/mall/city. Or, alternately, you don't need to join either of those. For the current adventure The Knight of the Brown Ale might just be drinking at a pub and end up chatting up a huldre who came in to help with the invasion but decided to have a good stout. After about five rounds(combat rounds or pint rounds, I think it'd be the same, calculated by your increased Intuition after ever drunken failed intuition check) The Knight of the Brown Ale will notice that the nice looking germanic burnette she's drinking with has a cows tail, skin "as tough as treebark"(and the muscles to match), and is hollow if viewed from the behind. And now... Oh boy... here we go again... I've got a few issues with the write up honestly. There is no Super Hero Football League, though since you say he FOUNDED the organization, all I can contest is that it failed to become successful. A previous character had an issue with that, as known super powers have been ruled as "performance enhancing substances and/or items" and are illegal in most sports as an unfair advantage that ruins the fun of the game. Had a member of the Triumph City Tornadoes(their local football team) who had regeneration powers. He kept them secret until he broke his leg in game, and his powers kicked into overdrive turning him into a nine foot tall monster with bone plating armor who was constantly sloughing off his upper layer because he just kept healing(Karma, Cesspit, StoneSerpent and a few others had to battle and restrain him). Needless to say his career(all he really had at the time) was ruined because of it. You might see him around as a monster/hero(BluV rehabilitated him, her own career was shot when she was given her powers so she felt for the guy. Otherwise you'd see him as a villain, so yes, the moral choices of past Triumph City games are going to play out in this version). So I somewhat object to the statement that: "The league took on well, with just as many followers, teams, memberships and fans as Gridiron and NFL". It could easily have been a fad for awhile(gave Ramhorn a place to go for awhile) but like the XFL, the different rules probably wouldn't take, and most people would stick with the human dominated NFL. It's boring to see someone get snapped the ball and awarded a touch down because of it(and frustrating for the other team). Plus, while the world has a high number of "powered" individuals, and many of them are using their powers for professional gains rather than everyone becomming a hero or villain, I'm not sure there's a high enough population of "powered individuals", with powers properly suited for playing football, to make an American league that large. Still, it was enough for him to make money on and have a good retirement. I wince every time you include that, and biblical tatoos in your character description. Mostly because I don't find it as funny as you. Okay, I'm not sure this is the best description of a powersource. Though I admit a one word definition is workable, "phasing" implies that he either is out of touch with our dimension, or in some manner has had his phase aligned more strictly with our dimension. Typically "Phasing" is used as a power meaning that he can shift the phase he exists in, typically used to become intangible and pass through walls, though there are other uses. Since he's a teleporter and he doesn't list being able to phase as part of his powers, I assume that you had something else in mind when you filled in 'phasing' here. So how did he get his powers? Just born with them? Exposed to something strange? This is more idle curiousity than anything else, as I'll accept that he can teleport because for some unknown(IE the GM is allowed free reign to fill in) reason 77 is not properly phase aligned with reality as we know it. Popularity would be recorded in the Charisma(which you have at the same number and looks fine). Given that you describe him as being well educated(with Reasoning score to match) and the founder of his own football LEAGUE, I would think the amount of money he has would be a bit higher than that. However, if the league is doing badly(and I think a superpowered only football league would) and/or he's retired, the salary for "just" a popular athlete would be 20ish, so this looks correct. You just seemed to be questioning it so I felt the need to clarify. First of all, teleportation itself isn't over powered, and has built in restrictions including range, knowledge of the target site, and the amount of mass that can be teleported. So you don't necessarily NEED to balance it out with a drain on Endurance rank. It IS considered as strainful as physical activity, so you do get tired from teleporting about, but that's like nearly any power tires you out(or expends battery/fuel/ammunition), and you're only allowed to teleport once per turn during a combat round. Forest Fox(the guy currently teamed with Nephilim and Creeper... no the other guy... the other other guy.), for example, has teleportation as really his only power. In combat he'll probably be teleporting all over the battle field, trying to cause as much confusion as possible while slipping his swords past defenses. He can only teleport as many times as he has turns(and with his high agility that's a fair number), but it's still effective. And yes, 77 has a pretty high agility too, so he's certainly not going to be ineffective, but I'm not sure about "over powered". If you'd LIKE you CAN have that sort of restriction on your teleports, with extra long range teleports exhausting him notably. A football field teleport and he can't run at full speed until he rests... Indeed, no mention, though it implies that he DID have pre-college education and wasn't JUST roaming the streets. Pinnacle City DOES have a public school system after all, and someone had to notice his intelligence enough to give him those scholar ships. I'm fine with that being skipped over. Stats look fine to me. All the math adds up, nothing is exceptionally out of line, his advantages are in his intelligence and his agility, his weaknesses are in his physical strength and psyche. So, as a football player, he wouldn't be a good blocker, but as a runner he's good. Even at his weakest however, he still keeps better care of himself than a couch potato citizen, so he's definetly hero grade as far as stats go. They're good. I also question the use of the name "Cadaver"... "77" confused me at first, but after seeing that he was a football player, that actually makes perfect sense. Oh, you never described his football uniform, so I assume that he's not going to be wearing it while "heroing" but he might be wearing a "77" on his Tshirt or something. There really isn't anything... cadaverous about him, he's not gaunt or pale or sickly looking, infact he's specifically listed as being quite physically fit... still, it's your character, you can name them whatever you want.
