Wickerman stopped, his giant frame coming to a rest as he was about to exit the building, his large hand gently sliding away from the handle to acknowledge the few visitors they had dropping in on them.
Hadn't they known this to be a Church? A house of God?

~~~~~On Da Run!
Frisbee nodded hesitantly as Owlgirl suggested via hand sign that they head across the street to the church. It shouldn't be that hard to find a back door out of there. But it wouldn't have been her first option. Frisbee wanted to climb again, get off the streets entirely.
Behind them Topman had finished his staggering stop, and was now kicking his way through the narrow debris strewn alleyway, making more of a mess than he was clearing honestly. "Where's my back up? Don't we have a teleporter? Speedster? Flier? Someone who can get here?"
Well, that resolved it. Frisbee ran in the direction Owlgirl was pointing, not noticing that the side windows were being broken through by six large men. The young woman just hoped they could get into the church before Topman had a chance to wind himself up for another spin.
~~~~~St. Elissa's
Through the broken windows on either side fell in six men, each more alike and more different than the rest. Loretta felt her arm being grabbed, though she had enough balance and strength to keep herself from being shoved to the side. Away from the flying glass. Though of course it did not reach her.
The little man clutched at her, trying to pull her into the atrium away from those intruding on the main nave. "What is this? Is this some kind of government raid? What are you people into?" He sounded like he was undergoing a full blow panic attack.
And there was a soft vibrating, coupled with a red blinking light on his wrist calculator. He'd hit his panic button...

Wickerman looked at each of the men, a steady, intelligent stare that allowed him to gauge their intentions, which were most likely aggressive at this point.
Aggressive didn't sit well with Wickerman.
He idly thumbed his hood, standing in the middle of the array of the pews, on either side of the men. He hadn't heard any gunshots, or any powers going off, so he was just waiting, idly, calm, intelligent accessing the situation.
Plague watched, as he always did. There was two girls, whom had non-lethally taken out the Guards to that Van, which Plague had seen appeared alot more violent, especially Topman, whom was still chasing them.
He took his rifle, and used the edge of the building as a tripod, keeping it stable, where he rested his forearm under the barrel, and aimed down the scope, taking deep and concentrated breath, an intelligent eye coming down as Plague fired, attempting to wound Topman in the left-leg. It was intelligent.

Enoch's only response was to frown, then glance towards Loretta with a subtle nod. Immediately, she started backing away towards the altar, making sure not to draw attention to herself. "In nomine pater, et filis, et spiritus sanctus...Oh, lord I dedicate this battle to you."
As the priest spoke, he drew forth something from his pocket. At first it simply looked like a slim oblong metal bar with intricate workings...until he pressed something on the side. From there, the bar began to widen and extend, soon turning into a claymore that the priest wielded in one hand with ease.
"I call upon the Lord, to augment my blade with his holy flame." And just like that, flames sprang to life on the claymore's blade, the blue heart clearly visible. Miraculously, the blade did not melt.

~~~~~~~~Life on the Street
Owlgirl and Frisbee ran past a mature hippie woman, talking on another mans cell phone, without much of a word. Though it's possible that 'Frisbee' recognized Mistress Moonbeam. The two sorta shared a similar fasion sense, and it wouldn't have been too hard to imagine Mistress Moonbeam playing frisbee golf in the park, or the two of them enjoying homemade yogurt together...
The sharp retort of a gunshot snapped everything back into focus. Frisbee's eyes went wide and if she could pour more speed on, she would have. Corporate assassins! She'd heard about them, but didn't think that they were real, that the police actually put people on rooftops or highrise buildings in order to silence those dissadents who didn't share their views. And she really hadn't thought that there would be one protecting this little armored car transport from a corrupt double dealing pawn shop.
Topman had just made it out of the narrow alleyway and started to wind up for another spin when his leg was sent sideways and his boot exploded, the armor plating blown away by the high power rifle bullet. He sprawled out on the ground, looking at first with some incongruity at what could have tripped him before it dawned on him with almost painful slowness what had actually happened.
Between panic induced swearing he managed to shout into his headset, with a suitable peppering of vulgarity which is not being reproduced herein: "Sniper! I've been hit! They've got snipers!" And he started to try to crawl under some cover, trailing a bit of blood from his ruined boot and sobbing something about not being paid enough to die like this and why didn't he have any back up?
Frisbee and Owlgirl made it to the doors of the church as a battered van drove by. The road was not, entirely, devoid of traffic. It was one of the main streets for this part of town. But then, this wasn't exactly a good side of town, as was being shown quite clearly by the events transpiring.
The resounding crack of the sniper's shot jolted Owlgirl into a frenzied rush of adrenaline as much as it did Frisbee, willing her across the street with the fellow costumed thief and up to the oaken doors of the church.
Now, Owlgirl herself had never been shot at by a sniper before. When you could see the gun that was being fired in your general direction, it offered something of a comparative reassurance that she knew where the thing being used to kill her was (in the shooter's hands, respectively). While by no means did that make the concept of getting shot at any easier, it certainly made it much more simplistic: bad guy at point A is trying to kill you at point B.
Snipers, as her brother Gabe once said, were ghosts. Even the bad ones. When one finds themselves surrounded by a whole lot of nothing (the street) with a whole lot of no one (with the exception of Frisbee and the few civilians they passed), the world becomes an inexplicably larger place, and any fool with a big enough gun from high enough window could put one through your dome-piece, easy-peasy.
Gabe had been in those kinds of situations before - he had the medals, scars, and lack of a leg to prove it - but no amount of descriptive recounting could top the situation itself.
So, Owlgirl ran, eyes wide, overcoming panic to keep her eyes on the prize. Her grip on the briefcase was white-knuckled, and as she pushed through the doors of the church, she was ready for whatever anything was about to throw at her.
Well, except everything going on inside the church.
((Who wants this to switch to turn based? Because I'd say combat has been initiated inside the Church... and have a strong suspicion that it's going to spill out onto the streets as an all out riot. Not that combat NEEDS to be turn based, but I want this to be as fair a fight as possible, so no one can complain when you all see what a Charlie Foxtrot it is.))
((OOookay... here it goes... you people made me look up EVERYONES Intuition and Agility scores for this...
Wickerman is in the middle of the church, without his hood on. He gets the first turn of the round. And putting on his mask would count as that first move, if that's what you want him to do. If he puts on the hood, his placement in the order changes during the second round. Yes, he can waffle and delay his action until round one ends, at which point he's given up his chance to do anything but automatically react this round.
Wendy Dodgeson has slipped out of sight I believe, and is free to loot the church or charge in from one of the side rooms as needed. Her agility means she only gets one action per round, but her Intuition is probably the highest here(excluding Wickerman if his hood is off), so she can pick when she can make that move. I don't think she's going to steal anything of value from their restroom, do you?
Father Enoch has just charged up his sword and has the next highest intuition, so he gets a move right after Wendy. He also gets a second move later on.
Alan Dinugi, the otherwise unnamed "nervous little dude" is trying to get out of the church. He'll bump into Frisbee and/or Owlgirl on his turn about here. He may delay his turn some what, since he's having a panic attack and/or is trying not to show his true level of competency(though his little stunt of "guess Enochs stats" places him at least here).
Sister Loretta has the next turn, and I'm not entirely sure where she is. Alan was tugging on her, but she seems to have run across the church to start prayers for Enoch. Her first prayer is already made, but for some of them to work most effectively Enoch will actually have to hold back his action to synch up with her(given how closely they match up, that shouldn't be hard to do). She also gets a second turn.
Plague is outside across the street, and on a rooftop. He gets a move here, and gets a second one later on. Nobody has spotted him yet, but he no longer has a good shot at the front of the church thanks to the van that pulled up. He also has to reload.
Frisbee gets a turn. She gets a second AND third one later if it involves using her weapon of choice. She's with Owlgirl at the door, and will be able to avoid the collision with Alan by using her turn to twist out of the way.
Topman gets his turn here. He's on the street, at the base of the building Plague is standing on(Plague making the shot was even more impressive than it initially seemed, since he hit the guys lower leg while firing almost straight down). He's going to try to crawl under cover or into the building. His agility is decreased due to leg wound, so this is his only turn.
Mistress Moonbeam is standing on the street and just had someone shoot 'at' her. She won't be able to locate the shooter(unless he reveals himself somehow), but will notice Topman was actually the victim of the attack if she tries. Despite her age, she's still pretty quick, and will get a second turn before the round is over.
Owlgirl finally gets her move here. She only gets one, and she'll probably have Alan accidentally plowing into her in his effort to get out the door. Ouch man. That basically means she can do nothing but swear at her bad luck this first turn.
Thorns thug is undefined, so I'm saying he's a normal human and gets his one action for the round here.
The lost boys, all six of them, get their one action for the round here. They've just broken in through the side doors/windows of the church, and have Wickerman and Enoch surrounded, and their packing guns so they can probably open fire here. Their main advantage is their numbers. Could someone give all six of them names so it'll be easier to keep track of them?
Enochs second turn of the round would happen here, after all the Lost Boys have had a chance to do something.
Sister Loretta's second turn is almost completely synched up with Enochs.
Plague gets a go. Unless there's a contract on Mistress Moonbeam or Thorns unnamed thug, he can't really do much from his position.
Frisbee girl gets her second turn of the round. I can't see that far into the future for how she's going to react.
Mistress Moonbeam has another go! I have no idea what she'd do with this other go, since she's not really in the combat, but a distant bystander. She will spot Plague at this point, assuming he doesn't use one of his above listed turns to conceal himself and/or flee.
Frisbee can throw another disc here, but outside of that flick of the wrist she can't do anything else.
Round 1 ends.
Round 2 begins with the van bursting open to reveal Alan's backup and me recalculating this mess with even MORE combatants in the battlefield. I hope you're all satisfied!))
Plague exhaled that breath he had kept in the duration of the shot, and listened to the echo of the shot as it resounded and he hit Topman. He was lucky, both Plague and Topman, having only hit him in the boot.
That shot wouldn't end him, nor his villainous career, but it would most likely put him out of the game for a bit, especially given the fact that Topman relied on speed.
He pressed his hands against the bolt, and pulled back, allowing the casing to fly out the ejection port. He loaded back in, and let the rifle sling.
He took a stand, and made his move, hopping rooftop-to-rooftop, before he finally made it to a fire escape, leaping off one side, and catching the railing, before dropping, catching, so-forth, until he hit the last railing and dropped.
He slung his rifle, and unclasped the clasp on his holster and kept a grip on his M9, as he kept on and advanced into the Church, straight through the front gate. It was no use for him to try and snipe through the windows at anyone, as he had no intention of doing it.
He could just confront the girls with his secondary weapon, or with diplomacy, which he would of preferred.
But what he walked into was some weird ass shit...
Wickerman huffed, a low hunch as his frame crumpled and he placed his hood over his head. The bag had slits open for the eyelids, and they instantly turned a sickening shade of green, and a low grumble was heard as Wickerman stood to his full-height, arms out wide. Embracing God.
The flames surrounding the claymore flared up as Enoch charged towards the left half of the church, where three of the Lost Boys were standing. With all his strength he swung, having faith that his God would aid in the first of many tasks he had to do in this fight: eliminating their range advantage by rendering the assault rifles useless. And he meant to do it by either cutting through the steel or melting them. It wasn't normal fire augmenting the sword after all...
Owlgirl and Frisbee got a good look at what was going on in the Church. The huge man in the center had just slipped on some kind of burlap sack over his head and... it was like witnessing a terrifying primordial transformation. His body didn't change, but his stance shifted from civilized to... bestial.
That wasn't even the half of what they saw. The man that looked like the head priest swung a massive blade down on a buff looking punk carrying an assault rifle. There were five other assault rifle carrying men, but the blade flaring into an explosive burst of fire which made the rifle seemingly vanish, knocked out of the targets startled hands and possibly broken, flames singeing the gunmans shirt.
And there was that sniper still outside, and they didn't know where. So, all that combined to fill their heads, means the two young women could be excused when they didn't notice the shadow slipping further down the hallway. Nobody really did in fact. And with all the chaos they could even be excused when they didn't notice the small scruffy looking man with the goggles trying to leave through the very same door they were entering through.
The three collided and the two young women had a bit more momentum behind their push. The doors remained open.
"Sniper out there!" Frisbee gasped, not really sure how one gunman outside compared to the six inside. Then she caught a look at the blinking red light on the wrist of the small man. She looked around in a panic herself, seeing the battered blue white van had pulled up. "Oh ffffffff..." She started to swear.
((Plague's reload is his first action, the second is traveling to the Church. Topman, Mistress Moonbeam and Thorns thug would see him heading over there, and could in fact waylay him if they wanted. One Lost Boy is now relieved of his weapon. Wickerman is making his transformation. We're going to see a whole new Wickerman soon. We're currently on Sister Lorettas first turn for round one.))
Sister Loretta had taken a moment to take cover behind the altar, now rising from her spot to support Enoch. "Oh Lord God, father of all, create a shield to protect your holy warrior from harm." As she prayed, something seemed to change in the air and Enoch's own flesh seemed to harden to stone. An invisible barrier plus toughened flesh would protect him would enable him to take more punishment and deal out his own in turn.
A layer of blessed armor wrapped itself about Enoch, the flames around his sword fading after his first blow. Not that it mattered that much for the moment, but he would need to rechannel his flames if he was going to make an explosive burst like that again. Or channel something else.
Across the street and up on the rooftop Plague reloaded(his first turn fits here).
"Okay, look..." Frisbee whispered to Owlgirl. "Just... follow my lead, play along..."
Across the street Topman gathered his strength, hiding as he was under the pawnshops overhang. He looked up at the rooftops he could see, looking for anyone exposed who could have fired at him. From within his armor there was a humming build up as he charged his three attack drones again, but he didn't have a target...
((Okay, so, Owlgirl who basically has the options of untangling herself and getting up or just laying there and hoping she looks innocent enough that nobody hurts her...
Then all six Lost Boys get one attack each. One of them has been disarmed and is in melee range with Father Enoch and his blazing sword. The rest are still packing heat and have target options of: Father Enoch(who is currently, and temporarily, blessed to be bullet proof), Sister Loretta, WickerBeast(he put his hood on, he's in-freak'n-sane until somebody pulls it off of him or he's finished killing everyone present), or the mass at the door trying to escape: Alan, Frisbee, and Owlgirl. Keeping in mind that most of the Lost Boys have a low chance of hitting anyone. Their best chance is to target one person and overwhelm their ability to dodge. Each time you dodge or parry an attack from one source, you're rating in Fighting(for melee) or Agility(for ranged) is decreased by one rank until the end of the round, thus letting numbers eventually tell.))
Owlgirl was caught by surprise when the diminutive man barreled into Frisbee and her, unable to evade or deftly maneuver away from the fleeing short stack. The heel of her boot got caught until the tail of her cape, and the Masked Marauder of Pinnacle City tumbled to the floor with a muffled 'oof'.
This horizontal state of being didn't last for long, though. Recovering as fast as she could, Owlgirl rose, lifting the short man up to his feet in the process and gently pushing him to the side, not far from the door.
"What's that about following your lead?" she huffed, patting the dust off of her cape and costume. "I'm game if you are . . ."
The one whom Enoch had knocked the gun out of the hands of- Slightly, a tall, rather lanky young man- gave a small jolt of surprise. Rather than go reaching back down for the gun and leaving himself open, he merely reached into his back pocket... and pulled out, somehow, a sock, filled to the tied brim with ball bearings. The sock was heavy-duty, and unlikely to snap- Slightly had made sure of that. And with that, he swung it straight at Father Enoch's flaming sword.
Sure, the sock might catch on fire... but it'd possibly knock the sword out of Enoch's hands.
There were two men by a door, exactly alike- twins, in fact. They had names, though they weren't ever really used- usually, they were called Sooner and Later. The two twins spotted Wickerman pretty easily- and thus went after him.
Then of course, that left three other men. One was the very obvious youngest- looking barely older than sixteen, his eyes standing out as they looked gentle even in this sort of scene. The second looked rather... flashy, debonair, even with the way he carried himself, stood, and moved. The third was a rather chubby, though still on par with the others, man, with short, cropped curls. They were, in order, Tootles, Nibs, and Curly.
Wendy liked having fun with names, obviously.
Sister Loretta would find herself looking down the barrel of a gun as Nibs took his stance against her, Tootles and Curly going about to the other people in the foyer.
Wickerman could only register the two boys, twins. He was intent on trying to keep himself restrained, up and until the hood was completely devouring his face, the endings of the burlap sack completely enveloping his neck.
He groaned, his limbs going limp, stiff, and then wild, swinging out around him and giving him an unpredictable trajectory, as he turned to look at the group.
Father Enoch started to recover his blade from the disarming blow, only to be surprised at the Lost Boy, Slightly, reacting with professional ease. The boy immediately abandoned his ranged weapon, and whipped out from his back pocket a...
Sock full of ball bearings.
As impromptu as the weapon was, the boy seemed to use it with some skill, swinging the weighted melee weapon into the sword. It was a swing to disarm, not harm, so as Father Enoch tried to lift his sword in a parry, the full force of the impact struck his swords crosshilt. Some of the heavy steel ball bearings smashed into his hand, while some struck the still blazing blade.
((Strength check between Slightly and Father Enoch to see if he disarms: Success. Barely.))
The sock split open on the sharpness, it's fabric burning through, but the momentum had already been delivered. The claymore fell out of Father Enoch's hand, it's flames going out. To add to matters, the sock exploded, ball bearings going everywhere on the floor.
((Material Strength check for that collision of the weapons: Claymore: Success. Sock of ball bearings: Spectacular Failure. Anyone attempting to move through that area now must make an agility check (10 or better) or fall down. This also causes a -1 CS on Fighting, and anything else I could think would apply(jumping, dodging, running, etc), while trying in the marbles covered area.))
((You also don't say if any of the OTHER Lost Boys are attempting to shoot or punch anyone, so I will assume they are still trying to just threaten. They will however get a bonus to their accuracy for having the gun pressed to various peoples heads. It won't be enough to stop Wickerman however once he finishes his transformation and becomes hyper fast.))
((Father Enoch, Sister Loretta, then I post wrap up for Frisbee and recalculate for Hooded Wickerman... who by the way I'm going to penalize if you don't play him beserker crazy enough.))
Father Enoch kept his footing as he moved to recover his weapon. He didn't spare a glance at Loretta, knowing that if he appeared concerned the thieves would use it against them. He didn't know why they would try to rob a church: it wasn't as if St. Elissa's housed any valuable religious relics. The only things of actual value was their equipment and those could not be found through normal means.
He needed to scare them off somehow...
At the same time, Loretta remained still as she pondered how best to catch her would-be captor off-guard. She considered praying then decided that the boy might be watching for that. Even so, she held her ground, refusing to be cowed.
Frisbee made a shushing motion with her hands as two of the Lost Boys seemed to be turning on them, despite their appearance. The nervous guy with the goggles was trembling as he lay there where Owlgirl had shoved him, but Frisbee seemed to pickpocket something from his jacket, then covertly pass it over to Owlgirl. It was a little thing, sort of like a dogtag. More precisely, it was one of those un-assisted living monitor pendants for the elderly.
((Intuition check: Failure. The Lost Boys don't notice this)
"We surrender! There's a sniper and armed guards outside!" Frisbee gasped to Tootles and Curly. "Uh... unless they're with you..." The little man just shivered and whimpered, pinching his eyes shut.
Out on the street, Plague came up to the door and looked in, seeing the battle going on inside, as well as revealing himself to Tootles and Curly. Then there was the sound of hydraulics behind him, as the vans rear door and side door flew open. A huge, armored looking, cube was ejected from the back, and from the side a collection of three bundles of metal fell out. All of these things started to unfold and uncurl, revealing long simian arms with high power claws or blunt muzzle barrels, and thick multi-configuration treads. Tiny armored optical arrays glowed an evil bright red as they gathered themselves to attack the church...
And they looked more than willing to go right through Plague, or even the church walls, to do it.
((Order of actions, Round Two:
Wendy can appear, or not. The more rounds she spends hidden, the more you can say she successfully stole...
Doll Six, Doll Five, Doll Four(the small ones)
Topman (He saw Plague and is going to attack the guy who shot his foot!)
Owlgirl
Slightly(disarmed), Sooner, Later(near the entrance, moved towards Wickerman), Nibs(targeted Loretta), Tootles, and Curly(went for the three in the foyer).
Sister Lorettas second turn.
Plague, second turn.
DollThree, DollFour, second turn.
Wickerman(berserk), second turn.
DollTwo, second turn.
Topman gets a second turn, as long as it doesn't involve dodging... of course he really doesn't have a gun, but I guess he could throw a second brick here or something...
Doll Six, Doll Five, Doll Four, third turn.
Wickerman(berserk), third turn.
At this point, the bag had completely enveloped Wickerman's face, neck and chin, his eyes now a deep-set green, and his growling had become more akin to an animal.
He had completely hunched over at this point and had turned around to face the twins.
Plague took careful strides towards the Church, hearing the commotion and seeing the frame of one of the men hunched over. Rifle tucked up against him, he kept one careful hand on his M9.
Those things flew out of the van, the one he saw pull up when he had wounded Topman after he was chasing those girls.
He holstered his M9, pulling his rifle next to him and aimed at one of the frames. It wasn't too hard to hit them from here, the problem was guessing what they'd do afterwards. Maybe he could hit one in the optical array, wound it before it could wound anyone inside.
He raised his rifle, and kept backing up, attempting to gain some space, or in the best circumstance, just run into the church.
Enoch took one look at the newcomers, his gray eyes narrowing in annoyance and displeasure.
"Goddamnit."
Switching the claymore to his left hand, he started another prayer. "Oh lord, I call upon thee to make a weapon of these leaden spheres against my enemies. May they be arrows that shall wound and weaken their defenses."
Loretta moved quickly, far quicker than a nun's habit should have allowed, attempting a disarming blow on Nibs, in the hopes of turning the tables on him.
For a moment the prayer was clearly heard. The multitude of ball bearings seemed to shimmer and each of them appeared to move on their own accord, rolling across the floor and dispersing around the room in uneven, but divinely placed clumps.
This may have not been exactly what Father Enoch was asking for, but the Lord works in mysterious ways some times...
((The ball bearings have now been blessed. They will avoid Enoch, Loretta, and anyone else who specifically surrenders to either of them or the church as a whole. The ball bearings now also have an additional -10 to Agility and Fighting because they are actively and precognetively trying to place themselves where they will be the most annoying, to a total of -20, thus 'weakening' Enochs enemies. If anyone attempts anything that would cause the ball bearings to come into play, and they're reduced to less than 0 of the applicable stat(Agility most likely), they will fall over and take the outstanding balance as hitpoint damage, thus the 'wounding' of Enochs enemies. Please note that the Lost Boys only have a 10 in Agility so anything that involves them moving more than a careful shuffle will cause damage that on a normal person would be broken bones and twisted ankles. For the moment this only applies to everyone in the church. Yes, that includes Wendy, though she's already looted for this turn, at the beginning of the next she should slip and fall.))
"Get down!" The short man said, forcefully pulling Frisbee down by her backpack until she fell onto her back. Behind her the small robots started to clamber up the wide stairs of the church's main entrance. They seemed intent on the door to the church. These smaller ones were clearly designed with less armor than the massive robot who was doing it's best to dominate the street in front of the church, or the two sleek medium sized figures still in the van, but that didn't seem to cause any concern.
Toodles and Curly's reactions were a little slow as the robots seemed to charge at them, and they didn't even notice that two little clusters of divinely inspired ball bearings were rolling up right where they would step backwards if the oncoming rush of mechanical war machines inspired them to move themselves.
Nibs had a cocky smile on his face, his feet planted firmly on the ground and his gun barrel held inches away from Sister Loretta. But she had stood her ground defiantly, refusing to be cowed by the brutish weapon being held on her. Now, in a sudden burst of speed she shifted to the side and her hand lashed out. The speed caused her nun's habit to billow as she made a disarming strike, grabbing the assault rifle and attempted to knock it out of his hands and take the gun for herself...
Only to find that he held firmly onto his weapon.
((Strength test between Loretta and Nibs. Nibs victory, barely.))
Plague considered the robots charging and switched his weapon, trying to figure out how best to deal with them as he backed up.
"Drop your weapon. You have two seconds to comply." Rang out a mechanical voice from the hulking brute robot. It looked itself to be the size of a small car, with two large boxy structures on it's shoulders, probably rocket launchers, with heavy multijointed clawed 'hands' mounted like bayonets on the heavy muzzles that made up its forearms, and heavy armor covering all of it, including it's triple redundant optical and vocal array. All of it's attention currently on Plague, leaving the other robots to ignore him.
The two robots still in the van opened fire, not at Plague, not even at any person really, but at the doors to the church. Ruby beams slicing into the door frame, causing instant vaporization on impact and making tiny explosions, leaving pock marked holes from the lasers just as readily as bullets would have.
((Material strength of door vs robots weaponry damage. Robots win. Sorry about the property damage, looks like you'll have to replace more than just your windows.))
The doors fell open, revealing the combat in the Church to everyone on the street, just as the three smaller, more agile robots made it to the entry way. They too were equipped with weapons, and leveled them at Toodles, Curly, and Owlgirl, over the top of the prone Frisbee and Alan, only one of whom was able to throw their hands over their head in time.
((Wickerman! Time to berserk! First action/attack of the turn. Nearest targets: the Lost Boys twins, Sooner and Later. Followed by the disarmed Slightly, and the other powerhouse in the room Father Enoch. Oh, and the ball bearings consider Wickerman to be one of those 'enemies' while in his berserker state, though they'll also foul up Sooner and Later's footwork so... net victory for Wickerman really...))
Wickerman's breathing got deeper and deeper, and he hunched over more and more, his breathing getting louder, until he was beginning to audibly grunt over the large sounds.
"Agh... agh... agh... AAAAAAAAGH!" Wickerman screamed, tearing at his own face and stomping on the spot, his arms shooting out to his side as he began to spin in a circle on the spot and look at everyone, before he lashed out, running in unpredictable patterns. He picked up a piece of a chair, and begun to swing wildly at anyone in his vicinity, before he smashed the chair over himself and began to try and pick up the small man and use him as a mallet.
He was hard to comprehend, but the main words you could hear were 'Fudge' and 'Packer'. He was hitting, wailing, screaming. He was leaking some phosphorous smelling scent, and it wafted into the air around him in visible green tendrils, just like his eyes.
Plague raised his M9, attempting to turn and face the robots as they hit the church doors, but instead focused on the larger robot. He could see his optical lens, and slung his rifle, holstering his M9 and attempted to hit his lens, knock him out, make sure he couldn't get a bead on him. Maybe he could even start going crazy and start shooting at his own buddies.
((Er... sorry, I'm doing a little rewriting on that, since this is only Wickerman's FIRST action, he's got more to come but I think several of the participants will have changed position by the time he gets through ALL of that.))
((Since he's wearing the hood, and tearing the hood off of himself would bring him out of berserker state which apparently he didn't do, the tearing deals no damage.))
Wickerman's long arms lashed out and gripped one of the pews of the church. It normally sat somewhere between eight or ten people, heavy hard wood with a thin soft fabric covering, and a wooden shelf in the back for the hyme books in case anyone sitting needed the words. With far more force than should have been possible with the leverage he had, Wickerman lifted and swung the pew.
The Lost Boy twins who were coming at Wickerman guns ready had a moment to see the heavy hardwood bench swinging through the air at them, before he bowled them over, then smashed it on himself.
((Fighting check, Wickerman vs Sooner, Wickerman vs Later. 47 beats 20 both times. Line drive hit. Damage is equal to strength +1cs for weapon bonus. Both Lost Boys take 45 damage, and are knocked from their feet where the Blessed ball bearings make certain they can't help but land in a way that would hurt them more. Lostboys have 90 hitpoints each, and both Sooner and Later just took 55 points damage. That's more than half their hitpoints in one blow. Optionally, if you'd like a karma bonus for them(or in this case Wendy), you can say they broke a bone from that damage, but broken bones take a good long time to recover from. You can also pick which bone.))
((Material strength vs damage strength check on the Pew as Wickerman smashes it over himself. The heavy wooden pew is shattered. Wickerman, whos max health is 142, takes 45 damage from his self destructive frenzy.))
((Agility check on Wickerman: success. Despite the ball bearings, he manages to keep his feet through all this. However, he's now at Agility 0, so running over and trying to grab Alan, "the small man", who's laying in the doorway, will bring an additional penalty and probably cause him to trip before he reaches the target.))
Already pulled to the ground, and moving faster than either the three robots, or the two Lost Boys, all five of which are holding weapons on them, Frisbee grabs Owlgirl and pulls her down, out of the line of fire.
"Stay down!" Frisbee hissed. "Play along... and maybe start to pray or crawl out..."
And finally, outside, Topman found himself looking down the street at the sniper who had shot his leg. "Bastard. Shoot me will you?" He grunted, and launched his three attack tops which raced down and across the street at Plague.
((Owlgirl's turn. Followed by the Lost Boys.))
