The vocaloid Meiko she's mature sounding but that can be a good thing for a song.

Writing. It's as if no one wants to do it if they have too. I like to write but I hate the hand cramp it gives me; makes my writing shaky and horrible. I dread exams for this exact reason.

Silly Bandz... Everyone I know goes "They're so stupid and cost more than they're worth!" Well, yes, but... they're kind of fun. I love Silly Bandz. All others are free to tear me a new asshole. @thread: Olive Garden is delicious and for the life of me I cannot figure out why it is the butt of every restaurant joke (save for McDonald's.) I also loved the critically lukewarm/hated Sonic games 'Sonic Heroes' and 'Shadow the Hedgehog' but maybe it's just my ~nostalgia goggles~ on too tight and my ~favoritism~ shining through.

The vocaloid Meiko she's mature sounding but that can be a good thing for a song. I don't hate her, but her voice desperately needs a tune-up. That makes sense since she's one of the older Vocaloids, though. @thread: Food when it's cold. Whether it's been left out to cool for too long or put in the fridge. Most of my family refuse to even touch food if it isn't hot when it's supposed to be.

I am having way more fun than I should with the Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 game. Believe it or not, I actually don't think its most major complaints are that hindering.
Okay, okay, the loading screens are REALLY annoying, but I haven't found a load screen that's lasted more than 20 seconds. I also do die really cheaply a lot because of poor, lazy programming. I can't deny that occasionally, the controls freeze up or get really wonky (sometimes leading to a cheap death).
Otherwise, the mach speed sections of the game (widely considered by a huge number of people to be the WORST part of Sonic's stages) are actually my favorite, and I don't think level design is that bad and Sweet JESUS I love the music. I played tag and battle multiplayer with a family member, and we also had a blast (she kicked my ass though. I guess Sonic is just easier to control and has less flaws than someone slow like Silver or, uh... whatever Shadow is.)
also i'm proud of myself for beating the first mach speed section on my second try and the Radical Train stage and mach speed section on my third try, when most people have to go at it over and over -coughletsplayerscoughhmmmhmmcough- so it may be my ego showing but if anyone asks, I didn't tell you.

Getting up super duper early just to get stuff done. I will wake up between 5 and 6 am just to get stuff done. Plus I am a morning person and even with waking up that early I will be super-duper perky/happy all day long.

Holy fuck, I hated that game. I just couldn't do it. I wanted to keep it, because I had entirely too much fun with Silver's telekinesis stuff, but other than that I just...agh. Out of curiosity, what are most peoples' complaints on it anyway?

Out of curiosity, what are most peoples' complaints on it anyway? Legitimate complaints, actually. Way too much loading, way too many glitches, very poor programming, annoying voice acting, shoddy graphics, and overall being in a rushed-out-too-soon beta mess state. I really don't blame you for hating the game; a huge amount of people are furious with it. I don't even have the patience of a saint, and I actually am enjoying this game. It defies any and all logic, but I don't give a fuck. Maybe it's because I have the Platinum Hits version? I'm not sure if anything was cleaned up (even the slightest) for that release. Also, holy FUCK I love Silver's telekinesis. (Off topic sorta: I thought you couldn't stand the Sonic series because of the fanbase or something similar)

Those games aren't even old-school...I know that, I meant that I owned them for a while. It's the same situation with die-hard first generation Pokemon fans, you can't see the flaws because you played it so much as a kid that you can only look back on it fondly.

Hollywood Undead. I fucking LOVE them, they are the group that slowly weaned me into the rap genre. I love the rapping, and then it goes straight into clean vocals, and I just think they sound amazing, but all of my friends hate them

Jeff Dunham, especially Achmed the dead terrorist. Yeah, he's overrated. But he is damn hilarious and extremely talented. It takes fuckin' skill to have a five-way conversation with yourself without slipping up. Yeah, his acts can get repetitive and some fo his jokes are annoying and unfunny. But doesn't every comedian have those moments? And personally, after watching Controlled Chaos and the Christmas special, Achmed is my favorite of his acts. Incidentally, that's the act he's most popular for. That does not mean it's bad-- it must be popular for a reason. XD Then again, I'm a little biased because I think Jeff is adorable. But even so, I think some people unfairly judge him. I gotta protect my Je-fa-fa. XDDDD

Seconded on Nickelback! <3 Jeff Dunham, especially Achmed the dead terrorist. Yeah, he's overrated. But he is damn hilarious and extremely talented. But even so, I think some people unfairly judge him. I gotta protect my Je-fa-fa. XDDDD SILENCE! I KEEL YOU! XDXD I love Jeff Dunham too! And Achmed is just a hoot!! Nay-sayers can go sit in the corner and whine all they want, but Je-fa-fa is the best! And who could forget Peanut? x3 Okay! Some things to add... ~Tim Burton. I really don't understand the hatred he gets. Okay, so if his movies and/or casting choices aren't your cup of tea, that's one thing. Nothing wrong with that. But geez, really, people? Lighten up. So he casts Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter a lot. So what? It's his choice. He's allowed to cast who he wants. He's not going to change his mind just because a few fans are whining about it. And frankly, I find Johnny and Helena to be very talented actors, and I enjoyed them in their roles. So on that, I really liked Sweeney Todd. It was great movie. And no, I didn't see the original version and I have not seen the play, so while I have nothing to compare it to, I did still enjoy it on its own. I think that's the point. I liked the movie, end of story. And I'm looking forward to his new movie projects coming out! And this is Tim-related, too... ~Both the character Sally, and the Jack/Sally pairing. (I think my siggy is enough to tell that I am a fangirl <3) Seriously, the hatred Sally gets makes me want to bash my head into a wall. And no, I don't mean the fans who simply just don't care for a character like her. That's fine, we all have our different tastes. I'm talking about the fans who are just so bloodthirsty and hate her with a passion. I really don't understand why. What has she done to garner such hatred? Most of it, I find, lays in how she "stole" Jack from them. Oh God. But really though, I love Sally a lot. She's someone I can not only relate to very much, but I also can understand how she's feeling, and plus, she does a lot of things that female characters just don't seem to do these days. She's strong in her own way, and she did what she did because she cared about Jack. She didn't try to stop him to be a bitch or to ruin his fun. Geez! And can I just say that I find it refreshing that she's a kind of female who isn't a sarcastic, wise-cracking smarty pants? That's just me, of course. Anyway though, there's also the pairing. So you might be wondering, how is it possible that the main pairing of the film, could actually be hated? Well, believe me. It is sometimes. Either it's ignored completely, or, the fans hate Sally and want her out of the way so they or their Mary Sues can have Jack. XD But I'll save that for a pet peeve or something. The point is, I love Sally, and Jack/Sally is one of my top OTP's of all time, if in fact my top Disney OTP aside from WALL-ExEVE. <3 ~Pink. ...I love pink. :< Why? What has pink ever done to you? Why must you hate it?

I'm thinking mainly of Ed Wood and Edward Scissorhands here though, and I can definitely see where the hate for his more recent stuff is coming from. I don't have a particularly strong opinion on him, but the two movies I mentioned earlier were pretty good. Also, I've never been aware that there was a hatedom for Sally before reading your post. She just didn't feel like OMGHATE material to me. /shrug

I'm starting to like pink again, though I still don't feel comfortable wearing the color. I actually used to be afraid of the color pink. I think it's called chromatophobia. I remember going to the mall with my sister, and her wanting to go into Deb (a store featuring teen/early 20 fashions). Now, it was a tight squeeze in there, so already I felt uncomfortable. As we neared the back, they had a sale on pink items, so the whole back area was nothing but pink. I started to hyperventilate and told my sister I'd wait for her outside. When she came back, she was laughing at me and told me I was being dramatic. She has no phobias so she doesn't understand that that is a real problem.

the problem with Tim Burton is that he doesn't do anything original anymore. His remakes are pretty terrible, and he seems to be focused on the campy, goth look too much. Not to mention using the Depp/HBC combo too much. I'm actually excited for his stop motion film based on his old sketches that hopefully will be made in the near future, but everything else from him seems to be so samey. It's nothing to do with being part of the bandwagon hate on him, I just genuinely dislike a lot of what he's done for the past few years.
