When it comes to making a New Year's Resolution, it's best to make goals that are attainable, achievable, and realistic. In the past, I made a lot and when I said a lot, I meant a lot of goals that I couldn't keep up. Now I know that I should make my list smaller.
Anyways, here are my New Year's resolution:
Writing Goals: Finish the first draft of Capture Each Moment. Write down Sleeping Beauty retelling, The Calming. Write more essays and rants. Experiment with poetry.
Reading Goals: Manga to Read: Suzuka: Volume 5; Chapter 36; pg 10 Paradise Kiss: Volume 1; Chapter 5; pg 3 Real Bout High School: Volume 1; Chapter 1; pg 6
Edgar Allan Poe Short Stories: The Murders in the Rue Morgue Masque of the Red Death Tell Tale Heart Cask of Amontillado The Gold Bug
Short Stories to Read: An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge The Gift of Magi Monkey’s Paw The Little Match Girl
Life Goals: Pass NCLEX-PN (nursing test) Once I pass number 1, my next goal is to pass the written DMV test. Once I pass the written test, I wanna drive and go behind the wheels Find a job.
