I'm worried that I'll end up as the next Stephenie Meyer

I love writing but sometimes, I have this fear that while I'll become a popular author, I'll also receive a lot (and I mean a lot) of backlash from other people and then start creating a site about how much they hate my book. Hence, I'm afraid. I'm scared that I'll be just like Stephenie Meyer and even Gloria Tesch and I don't want to be known for my bad writing. Even J.K. ROwling got some backlash but at least someone like Stephen King praised her for being a terrific writer. That's the real reason why I'm anxious. I wasn't always like this. The internet made me butthurt over my writing because people on the net are so harsh.
Anyway, has anyone else ever felt this way? Some people don't want to write about vampires because of how she ruined the vampire lore.
