When I read Order of the Phoenix, I often find myself skipping to the Weasley twins' escape so I can take a break from making little strangling motions whenever Umbridge shows up.
It doesn't work that way in Deathly Hallows, though. Ron's return and Potterwatch just aren't moments of relief without the context and grimness of the rest of the book to set them off. They're still good in my full rereads, though.
Then there's the inside of any wizarding shop not on Knockturn Alley (now that I don't seriously expect to get my damn Fizzing Whizbees, at any rate). Particularly Weasley's Wizard Wheezes.
Actually, bless the Weasley twins in general. =D

I love the Weasleys' escape. My two favorite chapters in the whole series, though, are "The Prince's Tale" and "King's Cross." I love revelations. I also love Lily/severus and Dumbledore/Grindelwald.

The Grand Feasts. It makes me imagine them, and they just sound like so much fun and I really wish I could be there.

Oh, so many.
When the trio break into Gingotts and the Ministry in book 7.
All Dobby scenes, especially "Your Wheezy, sir! Harry Potter must find his Wheezy!"
All Snape and Harry scenes. I just love seeing those two annoy each other.
Oliver Wood in the earlier books. I loved his Quidditch obsession.
And the Fred and George scenes, of course. Who doesn't love those guys?

-Anything with Luna, really love that girl. -Draco, the bouncing ferret ;D -The Twins, how can anyone not love them? -Hermione's moment in Umbridge office, before she does the Crucio curse. That's quick thinking under pressure.

Oh yeah, and anything with Tonks in it is automatically awesome, because it's Tonks.
I also like the part where Harry and Ron make up in GoF, because it's a total Ron/Harry shippage momenet.

I don't really skip to sections in the book, I prefer to go through the full range of emotion before I hit that moment of comic relief, makes it feel kinda earned and more rewarding, and just better for me.
I do however, have some favorite parts. I love reading about Harry teaching the DA, thats my favorite part in that Book, and sometimes when I start rereading I'll tear through the book at an unbelievable pace just to get to that one chapter where it all starts before I'll slow down.
In the Six book, it's usually when Dumbledore takes harry to the cave.
In the Seventh, Christmas Eve, and then the Battle of Hogwarts chapter, not exactly happy moments, but I enjoy them for their stark reality I guess.
The Third book I enjoy intensely as a whole, but mostly any scene where he's got the map out is gold.
The first book Has to be when he first finds the Mirror, and then the resulting conversation with Dumbledore. I've always wondered what he truly saw in the mirror, though I know his disappointment about not getting socks for Christmas.
I don't know about the Forth and the second one, been awhile since I reread the second, and the fourth is just so large, too much to choose from....

^As far as the fourth goes, I'v always loved the sphinx scene for some reason. Although, I've only read the fourth twice, so I don't know it very well.
Oooh yes, a good example.
OH!
When his Mother comes out of the Wand.

I don't really skip through to find things in the books, but I do have favorite scenes:
Book 1: Neville standing up to the trio, and Neville being the cause of Gryffindor winning the house cup. Book 2: Harry saving Ginny Book 3: Harry realizing that he was the one who cast the Patronus, and saving Buckbeak and Sirius Book 4: Jealous Ron makes me laugh, and so does cockblock!Snape. Book 5: Ron winning the Quidditch cup, and Fred and George's escape from Hogwarts. Book 6: Harry on the luck potion(forgot what it's called) Book 7: BADASS NEVILLE YES PLEASE AND BADASS MOLLY. Also, Ron coming back, the scene after he destroys the horocrux, and the epilogue.

Harry kisses Ginny in the common room in the sixth. The last chapter of the fourth. "The Prince's Tale" chapter in DH Neville visiting his parents in St Mungos, it's sad I know it just makes me love Neville so much more. Every Neville, Luna, Dobby, Fred and George moment

Oh, that reminds me, in the third book, where he spent all that time alone in Diagon Alley, I rather enjoyed that. A look at the peace he was going to have, once he got out from under the shadow of his past.

Same here. It's a really sweet, peaceful scene that kind of just makes you feel happy without even trying.
