Ask the Skyblade Trio, Parte The Second!

[Brandon Skyblade]

Suddenly, both my characters and Pichu's characters ended up teleporting to a slightly darker version of the same setting.

"What the hell just happened!?" Brianna exclaimed.
"Forum moved, from the looks of it." Skyblade replied.
"...Weird. What were we doing again?" Brianna asked.
"I forget, so let's just get Ardent out of that mirror." Brandon answered.
"How do you suppose we do that?" Twili asked, still wondering about the cracked mirror.
"Easy. Like this." Brandon suddenly smashed the mirror and went over to the computer, leaving his friends with their jaws dropped. "I, who stand in the full light of the-yeah, whatever. ARDENT INDIGNATION!!" He said before reaching into the computer and magically pulling out Ardent, not worrying about any mirror nonsense. "There we go, good as new."

[Alastor]

Bakura as well had been teleported to this area, "OH GOD! YOU FOUR!" he screamed, running back into a wall.

[Brandon Skyblade]

"Wait, you weren't in this topic..." Skyblade noted.
"Woah woah, Bakura! Cool it! We don't have Yuki here! Don't worry about that! It's just us three and our creator!" Brandon said in a rush.
"Wait, Bakura...wasn't it your dark half that did something stupid with Yuki?" Twili asked.

[Alastor]

"The hell are you talking about a dark half?" the said.

[Brandon Skyblade]

"YAMI FREAKING BAKURA!!" Brianna shouted. "Come on, you know him! You know, the thing that exists in the damn ring you wear!? In fact, gimmie that!" She said before swiping the Millenium Ring from Bakura, temporarily going outside.
"Hey, Ring, you're the next contestant on YOU GET TO DIE!" She tossed the Ring like a frisbee, hopefully never to see it again.

[Alastor]

The ring simply floated back, after slapping Brianna with one of it's columns, it reattached itself to Bakura..
"Now what now?" Yami Bakura asked.

[Brandon Skyblade]

"I give up." Brianna said, throwing her hands up in defeat. "Shane, you and me. Soul Calibur. NO MORE DISTRACTIONS!" She yelled at Shane, wanting him to join her.

[Darth Pichu]

"Wait, what? Who?" Maric looked around, unable to really comprehend what had just happened. He settled for 'shit went down'.

"The hell are you?" Stephon asked, drawing his sword, and pointing it at Bakura.

Shane stood forward, staring at the Yami Bakura who stood before him, his childish demeanor suddenly gone, "There is much anger in this one." he said, "A gateway to death and destruction. Those who bring death should have death brought to them." Magic surged beneath his fingertips.

"Wait!" Maric cried stepping forwards, "Don't you think it's a little hasty to just assume he's evil. He doesn't look so bad." he offered a smile, "Hi, I'm Maric, who are you?"

"Maric we don't have time for this." Stephon growled.

"I'm making friends!" Maric shouted back.

[Brandon Skyblade]

"Oh, trust us. This side is quite evil. You can torture him if you like...but you'll piss off his good side." Brandon said. "Besides, this story isn't serious anyway, so go right ahead..."
"Wait, we get to see Yami Bakura getting tortured again? YAY!" Brianna chirped.
Skyblade and Twili looked at each other, then back at everyone else.
"I think she's gone crazy." Skyblade said.
"Well, it IS your fault, after all. You made her like that." Twili noted.
"You're totally right..." Skyblade admitted, head hanging down.

[Darth Pichu]

"T-.. torture?" Shane backed away, his face going pale, "I.. I don't think..."

"Well that's awfully rude." Maric crossed his arms, "You can't just assume that because someone is evil you should be allowed to torture him."

"Actually that kind of is." Stephon mumbled, "Talon did it to Shane."

Shane winced a little.

"He does look pretty evil." Celeste pointed out, "The spiky hair, dark aura, how does he get his hair to do that anyway?"

"It's probably all the evil." Stephon said, "Didn't you hear, evil makes excellent hair gel. Also makes a nice lubricant."

There was no real reply to that, so no one bothered.

[Brandon Skyblade]

The four didn't speak after that last statement for a moment.
"That...was stupider than what I usually say. And doing that is an achievement in itself." Brianna simply said.

[Darth Pichu]

"Th-.. that was...." Celeste stammered, "There are just so many things wrong with that statement."

Stephon crossed his arms, "Hey, don't knock it until you've tried it."

Celeste raised an eyebrow, "Which one?"

A grin crossed Stephon's face, "Why, whichever one you like." he said, a sly little smirk on his face.

Celeste slapped him soundly across the face.

"This is why you end up dead at the end of the story." Celeste said, crossing her arms.

"That's why you end up with Maric." Stephon said, rubbing his cheek.

"Touche." Celeste murmured.

[Alastor]

"...I fhave magic too..." the evil Bakura said, a rather dull expression on his face.

[Darth Pichu]

A wry smile crossed Shane's lips as he looked over Bakura. Pathetic.

"I'm sure you do." Shane said, summoning a bit of his power again, "Let me assure you that no matter how much magic you might have, I have more."

[Alastor]

"PENALTY GAME!" Yami Bakura yelled, his open palm pointing at his rival as the Eye of Anubis appeared, "MIND CRUSH!"

[Darth Pichu]

Shane gave a little cry, eyes going wide as something split on the inside of his mind.

Egrus! A flash of lightning struck down from the sky and hit Yami Bakura square in the chest. Shane was on the ground. The spell hadn't come from him. Maric stood before Bakura, brandishing his sword.

"What in the five hells did you do to him?" he demanded, "Answer me!"

[Alastor]

Yami Bakura rose from the depths of hell. Again.
"Broke your brain."

[Brandon Skyblade]

"Oh, this is getting interesting!" Brianna said, pulling out her sword.
"Sis, you are NOT about to fight someone who can magically kick your behind faster than an ATB bar filling up!?" Brandon yelled.
"You bet I am!" Brianna replied, not caring about the threat considering the topic wouldn't exactly make death permanent. "You and me in one of those little games! Come on, I dare to see you best me with a sword, Bakura!"

[Alastor]

Yami Bakura simply slapped Brianna.

"Asshole." A!Kyon said, appearing next to the other two Skyblade siblings.

[Darth Pichu]

"Was broken enough if you asked me." Stephon mumbled, stooping down and waving a hand before Shane's eyes. No reaction of course, his mind was still crushed.

"Bring him back." Maric pointed his sword at Yami Bakura's throat, "If I can't kill you yet, then I'll just make your life hell until you bring him back! I might not know much about torture, but by the gods I can learn!"

"Hey half-mage?" Stephon stooped down in front of the boy, "Half-mage, are you in there?"

Shane's eyes shifted upwards, staring at Stephon. A sly grin broke out over his face.

"Well hello there Stephon."

Stephon frowned, "Ste-... what ever happened to 'Sir Carris'?" he frowned. The boy's voice sounded different, "Hey, did you just spontaneously hit puberty?"

Shane didn't reply. Instead he stood, facing Bakura with an utterly evil look on his face.

"I think some thanks are in order. Thanks so much for freeing me, old friend. I never thought it would be this hard to win over the mind of some bipolar mage."

"What in the five hells are you going on about Half-Mage?" Celeste asked, "What bipolar mage?" she glanced at Maric.

Shane shrugged, "Honestly, you really are a dense lot. I would have thought that this would have given it away." he held up what appeared to be the Millennium Rod.

"Where'd you get that?" Maric asked.

"Well, I've been using it in battle for the last couple of weeks." Shane pointed out. He shrugged, "Turns out you can whack things over the head with it pretty well."

"So, wait." Celeste stepped forward, "If you're not Half-Mage, then who are you?"

"I suppose you can call me Marik." he said, turning to Yami Bakura, "Yami Marik."

Maric deadpanned, "Well that's going to be confusing."

[Brandon Skyblade]

Brianna felt the area where she was slapped, amazed at the quick reaction. "Why you...oh, it's ON now, 'Clarence!'" She said, taking the slap as a challenge. "Kyon, you go back to thinking about why your life is a goddamn mess. And if Clarence won't provide a battleground, I'll do it myself!"
Brandon proceeding to turn on Twili's PSP with Birth By Sleep in it. "The Badlands, I'll assume?"
"Damn right!" She said before opening the portal to the game world. "Bro, you're our ref. Let's do it!"
"Wait, what!?" Brandon got out before Brianna dragged him and Yami Bakura into the world mentioned earlier.

[Alastor]

"Oh. Oh shit." A!Kyon said, a we-are-doomed look on his face.
"Ah Melvin. Long time no s- Wait aren't you Marik's split personality?" Yami Bakura pointed out.

[Darth Pichu]

Yami Marik/Shane deadpanned.

"I just got completely blown off." he murmured.

"You took over the body of a kid who's nickname is 'half mage'." Stephon pointed out, "You really should have expected that."

Yami!Shane turned to Bakura shrugging,(though happy to have been noticed) "I can still possess people." he said, "It just so happened that I got the chance to possess a bipolar mage with a split personality and enough magic to nuke a small village. Didn't really see a downside to that one." he shrugged, "Kid walked right into it. I don't have any complaints here."

[Alastor]

"We- OH SHIT" Bakura said, being dragged in to the Badlands.

"Hm... I'll have to heal you..." A 10 foot tall doctor with a paper bag over his 7 foot scalple in hand, "I am called Faust."

[Darth Pichu]

"Aww..." Yami!Shane moped, "But I wanted to fight Bakura." he frowned, "Why do I feel a crushing sense of defeat?"

"Again, you took over the body of a kid nicknamed 'half-mage'." Stephon pointed out, "You should have expected this."

"Why did you chose him anyway?" Celeste asked.

"Kid and I have a lot in common. Split personality, dead father, mind boggling amount of power. I didn't see a downside."

Maric scowled, "Well I'm not about to take this laying down." he brandished his sword, "Give Shane back, now!"

Then Faust happened.

"Holy Fuck!" Stephon cried.

"You curse?" Celeste asked.

"Now I do!" Stephon replied.

[Brandon Skyblade]

"Possess people? Wait, so THAT'S why Clar-I mean, Yami Bakura wanted to Mind Crush you!" Skyblade said.
"...Mind telling the folks at home what that is?" Twili asked.
"Simple." He said before turning to Shane. "How ya doing, Melvin?"
Twili pratfalled anime-style after hearing that. "Just say Yami Marik, this ain't the abridged version!" She yelled.
"It's easier that way. By the way, how goes the hunt for the Pharaoh's leather pants?" Skyblade said, chuckling.

Meanwhile, thousands of dimensions away...

"If you can Mind Crush, surely you can summon a simple weapon!" Brianna said as the three arrived at the battlefield.
"You...sure about this? He'll just Mind Crush you and end it immediately!" Brandon pleaded.
"...Can you make this a weapon-only Penalty Game?" Brianna asked.

[Alastor]

Yami Bakura smirked, "PENALTY GAME! MINI-MIND CRUSH!" He yelled, braking her brain for 20 mins, just enough time to steal a sword.

[Darth Pichu]

Yami!Shane turned to Skyblade shrugging, "Short." he replied, "Very short. I was quite used to possessing tall people."

"Why didn't you possess Maric then?" Celeste asked, "You two have the same name... almost."

Yami!Shane shrugged, "Because that 'Maric' is based off the character design of a Red Mage. That pretty much means no matter what he does, he is going to suck."

He turned to Skyblade again, "The Pharaoh's leather pants will be mine! Right after I take over the world!" he grinned, "And now that I've got neigh infinite power at my disposal, that's going to be a lot easier."

[Alastor]

A!Kyon yelled at Yami Shane, "HEY MIGHT WANT TO FIGHT THIS GUY. AND THE RED DEVIL." pointing at Faust.

[Brandon Skyblade]

"No wait, don't you dare do the Mind Crush right no-" Brianna got out before being Mind Crushed, freezing entirely in place.
Brandon went bug-eyed at the display. "Uh...heh heh...guess you...really can't mess with someone with that kind of power...huh?" Brandon said, not noticing that his sister's sword was stolen before it was too late. "Oh come on, you're not really gonna use that when you can just Mind Crush, right?"

"Not the abridged version you were saying, Twili?" Skyblade said, smirking. "And I resent that Red Mage comment! They don't suck! They're just...a bit too versatile for their own good."
"Brandon-I mean...whatever, it's just you right now. Brandon, you only use Red Mages just to be able to use Cure while holding a sword. You never care for their Black Magic." Twili retorted.
"...How would you know that?" Skyblade hastily asked.
"My Brandon is YOU, you idiot. How wouldn't I know that after seeing him play those games?" Twili replied.
"...True. And you're quite mean, recently, aren't ya?" Skyblade said.
"I prefer brutally honest. Kind of a dark side of mine you've helped make." Twili answered, making Skyblade nod in agreement.
