Noh Theater from Tekken 6 Super Street Fighter 4: Themes of Sakura, Cammy, Ibuki, C. Viper Super Street Fighter 4: Volcanic Rim, Drive In, Crowded Downtown, Ryu vs. Gouken Capcom vs SNK 2: Wicked Fight
Namco X Capcom has some pretty good remix soundtracks as well. I found the Theme of M. Bison/Vega (In Japan) to be better than the original Street Fighter Alpha 3 track.
I'm going to break the unspoken rule you seem to have going that we don't talk about Final Fantasy, but to make up for it, it'll all be stuff I think is underappreciated.
(Last Dungeon, FFVI - this one says perfectly that now, you're taking that last slog to victory.) (Devil's Lab, FFVI - catchy as hell, I tell you.) (Phantom Train, FFVI - bellowingly creepy as a haunted train should be.) (Judgment Day, FFVII - see note for Last Dungeon, above) (Off the Edge of Despair, FFVII - I don't care that people only reference the scene behind it to make fun of the game, because this is one sad melody.) (Those Chosen by the Planet, FFVII - I think the only reason we don't hear about this one is One-Winged Angel.) (Jesters of the Moon, FFIX - catchiest way ever to let you know that these characters will be bosses down the line.) (Iifa Tree, FFIX - I don't know whether to rock out or fear for my life.) (Mystery Sword, FFIX - nothing says "hopeless battle" more clearly.) (Another Moon, FFVI - as long as we're being all pulp and going to the moon to find out backstory, might as well bring on sounds that are all pulp-alien, but make it deadly serious at the same time, because you're Nobuo Uematsu.) (Lunar Whale, FFIV - now that is the music you want to hear when you get your final airship!) (Dancing Doll Calcobrena, FFIV - it's dizzying and chilling and out-of-control, as any evil dance should be.)
I can only think of one underrated song from Chrono Trigger, and here it is: (People Who Threw Away The Will To Live - this should play for every single burned-out dystopian future from now on, if that's all right with you.)

Hm? I don't know what you're talking about. I don't mind talking about FF at all.
Especially regarding music, since that series has awesome music.
Battle on the big bridge is probably overrated, but it's still pretty damn awesome. It's one of my faves. BW has some of the best music in the series to date, hands down. It manages to combine the catchiness of the old games' songs with the beautiful instruments of the new ones. It does a great job of setting the mood, too.
