^Huh, didn't associate him with Pacific Rim and one imbd search later, she's been on The Social Network. And they're already getting backlash, fans want them replaced... oops.
From: Pop2it.
Also, come on, I actually like Alexis (Gilmore Girl) and Matt deserves better than this people!

Thank god Emma Watson hates the books. There were rumors about her being Ana because she was like "Are you people serious?" (not a quote.)
I figure they'll have to tone it down considerably and make sure the "important" stuff happens outside of the porny rape scenes.

I'm loling over all the butthurt, and the fact everyone thought really talented actors would want to be in this (not that I'm saying these two are terrible, I mean Charlie Hunnam was good in PacRim) Also it kind of amuses me that two blondes were cast, considering like Twilight, 50 Shades constantly shits on blondes. (or at least according to Gehayi's spork... I have no plans to actually read this shit)

^Seriously, some fans are nuts, it would be hilarious if both Matt and Alexis went "Oh hell no!". And I finally figured out who Dakota is, she's the daughter of Melanie Griffith.

I saw a petition that they wanted to cast Matt Bomer as Christian Grey and Alexis Bledel as Anastasia. Fans are outraged and disappointed by the casting choice. I heard that nobody actually want to be a part of the movie. Some actors didn't want anything to do with it nor do they want to associate themselves to the franchise. www.electricfeast.com/nobody-wants-to-be-in-50-shades-of-grey/

Thankfully, I don't have to give E.L. James a cent to her by physically getting a copy of the book. Thank God that there's the internet so that I could just get the PDF version instead.
I read the first chapter and it's so... boring.
Let me get this straight:
Ana volunteered to do the interview for her sick friend and yet whines about it. She also said that even though Kate is sick, she still looks gorgeous. The way she said it sounds petty and jealous.
When she arrived at the building, why would there be too many blondes? Weird.
Anyways, the interview scene is really boring. She asks Christian if he's gay. o.o Nobody does that and that's highly unprofessional.
*Sigh*
I don't know if I'm gonna continue reading the rest of this "book."
It reminds me of something that I would write when I'm a teenager.

The poor actor's face. He sees the future of his career. And it is not good.

Really, Fifty Shades reminds me of Yaoi. There's no plot, the characters suck, there's TONS of rape with the justification that they enjoyed it and it's supposedly BDSM, misogyny, homophobia, a degree of prudishness, creepy incestuous undertones, the writing is awful, the porn itself sucks, the woman/uke is a moron and the stereotypical portrayal of a weak woman, etc. It's basically a heterosexual version of Yaoi.

The first few chapters of this book is so slow and boring.
I'm glad that they have the PDF version of this book.
On the other hand, the good thing about this book is that it makes me feel good about my writing and tells me what NOT to do.
My God, the dialogue in this book is laughable and stupid since nobody talks the way these characters talk. Nobody says "taciturn" "incentivize" "mortified" in normal conversations.

Something just hit me, it's probably just a hilarious coincidence, but whatever: Christian's the chosen name by EL James for Edward is Meyer's husband's real name (since she calls him Pancho [which is a Mexican nickname for Francisco, btw]).

Is anyone else incredibly disappointed that Jennifer Ehle who player Lizzie Bennet in the BBC's wonderful adaptation of Pride and Predjudice is going to be in this 'movie'?

Which is essentially a good chunk of shojo and josei, then again yaoi is kinda a sub genre for these genres. I'm pretty sure this forum knows my utter hate for Mayu Shinju and her works like "Haoi Airen"

Do you have a twitter account? So you dislike the writings of 50Shades? Then follow me as I'm currently tweeting the first novel, with the hashtag, #LetsTweet50Shades. I'm doing one chapter a day and I'm currently about to read chapter 4. Still didn't get her fans after me yet. Speaking of Twitter and 50Shades, I followed an anti account. twitter.com/50shadesabuseThey even have an interesting read of how to deal with fans defending 50Shades. 50shadesisdomesticabuse.webs.com/apps/blog/show/42529275-so-you-think-everything-in-fifty-shades-is-consensual-It's sad that the fans of 50Shades are acting like twitards and attacking actual abuse victims who dare criticize their mommy porn.

www.mtv.com/news/1933413/fifty-shades-of-grey-tattoos/It happened. Found this linked on 50ShadesofWhy tumblr. Speaking of drama, some fans are attacking 50ShadesisAbuse Twitter by telling them that BDSM is all right because it showcases Christian is control of the relationship. Also there are some Twitter morons going by the name Grey in order to woo the dumbass readers. Excuse me, I need something heavy to drink.

If anyone still "wants" or needs to read it and can't really bring themselves to it, I'll warmly recommend this reading on youtube:
It's from the original fanfiction titled "Master of the Universe" (seriously, James?). Not that it's much different, other than Ana still being called Bella and Grey being Edward. Too bad the reader got pretty sick of it after part 67, but that was pretty recent and he might still finish it.
I don't think I'd ever finish a legit audiobook let alone feel like wasting more time on the actual books. It's more bearable when the reader sighs at the same moments as you do, and doesn't even attempt to keep a serious tone. Holy crap, we traded Twilight for this.

^To some relief, there's probably landslides of self published Twilight and 50 shades knockoffs out there, which will never reach 2-figure-sales and you won't even know they exist. You only get to see that one in a million that somehow made it, by some glitch in reality. It's dumped down to the lowest possible denominator after all.

www.ew.com/article/2015/06/01/el-james-christian-grey-book-50-shadesSo that pooped on Twitter yesterday. I wish someone should leak it so it'll stop James from writing again. Sadly, the ebook has over 1.4 million preorders on Amazon. It's like this woman enjoys lavishing her abusive douchebag as some hero. And I'm pissed it's near my fiancee's birthday said book will release.

So if you had followed the #askeljames hashtag on Twitter, it gave out some lulzy tweets. But then someone made an ebook of Grey dealing with these trolling twitterers. O Because nothing says female empowerment than having a fictional douchebag to defend your work. Am I right?
Oh and the movie sequels will be out 2017 and 2018. I was hoping Deadpool movie will spare with them.

^Those tweets were delicious. Can't find that ebook though. Even if it's probably just Grey making condescending and dull remarks, could you link it (if it's public)?
2018? That can't be the end. Not when they can split the last book into two movies.

^ Wow. This is basically a fanfiction without plot, comprised of about 70% texts from unknowing other authors, with one single character, who would not be recognizeable if he didn't call himself Christian Grey. He doesn't even respond to the criticism, he just plucks a random minor point from them and makes mostly pointless remarks. There's even typos and things like LOL that don't belong in a text like this. Going from the free excerpt here.
And the author charges money for that. What's next, rewriting this whole thing but calling yourself Christine Grey?
