Alright everyone, here's how this works:
This topic is a congregation of original characters from all across the genres. There is no specific plot, no specific rules save for the ones you've made for yourself, no goal, and no real restrictions save for what you place upon yourself.
This is a completely free RPG, jump ins are accepted and encouraged at any time and for any reason. This is an unplanned topic. It doesn't operate under any rules, but fair play is of course encouraged. There is no eventual goal, no purpose and no discernible ending. We're always welcome to new players, so feel free to jump in! Our original topic is here:

For anyone who doesn't want to read through 200 pages worth of posts, I'll sum it up for you here:
We sparked this thing off with a fight between a young seductive young demoness named Lily and a powerful but egotistical mage named Ratio.
The conflict was first sparked when the girl, Lily, made an attempt to steal a powerful killing charm off of Ratio. Aided by a young paranormal detective named Brandi and a killer for hire named Revi, the three managed to quash and form of conflict before it could start. Brandi summoned her paranormal boss, a Djinn named Artemis to clear up the case, but all of them were stopped in their tracks when Lily showed her true demonic form. Not appreciateing the hostility the three had showed her before, she descended on them, ready to make them into an easy kill.
The fight, however was short lived, as Brandi, aided by her magical sword, the Caladbrog, managed to land a decisive killing blow on Lily in an attempt to rescue a second young demoness named Shino who was trapped inside of her. Lily however managed to resist death by tapping into Brandi's life energy. In an attempt to save Brandi's life, Ratio used Artemis's powers to wish his second in command and friend, Seven, into the fray. The healer immediately rushed to Brandi's aid and the two combined managed to finally defeat the demon and free Shino. At this point a third demon named Elliot entered the fray.
The action had stopped, but with the calm came mounting tensions between Elliot, Lily's brother, and Ratio. In the meantime the group was joined by an Assassin named Sakura and an agent named Scott. Just when a fight seemed eminent between Ratio and Elliot a blood mage named Marcus entered the fray and kidnapped Shino. Thus ensued a chase against Marcus that ended up in Lily's second and permanent death, and resulted in Seven being inflicted with a severe bout of radiation poisoning. Not wanting to lose Seven, and wanting to deal a round of just desserts to Marcus for causing so many problems, the group reconciled their differences and swore to raise their defenses and take on Marcus, no matter what it took.
In the middle of the night they were visited by an old enemy of Shino's named Leo, who threw around a few threats but was taken down easily. Shino, Sakura, and Ratio promptly succumbed to their more morbid sides and proceded to try to torture some information out of Leo about Marcus. Leo told them little, but he did manage to go out with a bang by using a a bomb to blow both himself and the place they had been staying in sky high.
The group managed to survive, though they were rather bedraggled and and worn. Seven's condition continued to worsen and the group agreed that they had to act quickly if they wanted to save the mage from an untimely death. They returned to the hotel they'd met in, hoping that they could throw Marcus off their tracks, but their escape was short lived as the group was soon ambushed both by Marcus and an anti-mage named Melissa. Another battle ensued that resulted in Ratio's death, who in his dying breath lent all of his magic to Seven in order to preserve his life. At this point Seven decided that a proper burial was in order for his friend and brought the group back to his world, Matria, where trouble had been quick to start.
Here they met up with Wyatt and Clefina who informed the group that an illusionist named Lazarus had been quick to start trouble in Ratio's (terrorist) group called The Brotherhood. After fighting their way through an illusion world the group of them managed to destroy Lazarus and met up with Grimace, the apprentice of death, along the way. Seven was named leader of the Brotherhood and the rest of them were heralded as saviors. The group turned in for a second night, only for that to be interrupted by the appearance of one of Marcus's followers, an alchemist named Jason. Shino and Elliot confronted him but he managed to get away. Disturbed by the idea that Marcus could get men into the Citadel, Seven went along with Elliot and Scott to take Marcus and his men down for good. Though they didn't kill Marcus, Seven managed to take Jason's head as a trophy and Elliot stabbed Melissa through the heart. In the meantime Wyatt, Averis and Shino took Sakura back to her home to meet with her parents, Mitsutaka and Keiko, and their adoptive daughter Gingkyo. The meeting was a pleasant one until conflict between Averis and Shino began to spark.
Shino went to attack Averis, but in her rage ended up killing a good number of other Brotherhood members as well. This sent Wyatt into a rage who immediately stopped the fight and seized the girl, nearly getting ready to execute her as a traitor. Just as the conflict began to escalate, Marcus made a second appearance, this time as a demon, and forced the group to follow him into hell to fight, but not before they were joined by an angel named Matti, a friend of Elliot and Shino's, and a priest's daughter named Meg and friend of Scott's, who claimed to have the ability to help them destory the demons.
While in hell the group ended up fighting not only with the demon Charon, who had given Marcus his powers, but also with Abdeil, the demon Ratio had nearly pledged his soul to long ago and was now the servant of. they were aided once again by Lily, who had become much more powerful than she was when they'd left. The group struggled to wage a fight against the demons, and their attempts were further hampered when Averis became ill from using too much necromancy. Shino wisked the girl away and tried to help treat her, but the two were followed by Marcus who made an attempt to kill them both. They managed to knock the man out of the window of the hotel, but not before Marcus managed to stab Shino with a shard from the holy nail. In the meantime Seven was possessed by Abdeil, but the group managed to bring him back with a bit of fast thinking on the part of Ratio and his long dead father, as well as a great amount intervention from Grimace. As a reward for helping them, Matti granted Ratio seven days of life.
The group was reunited, triumphant and now no longer missing Ratio, but the calm was still short lived when Shino's inner demon took over her body and seized the girl's consciousness. The group was forced to go into her mind in order to try to free her, and nearly succeeded before Meg was captured and Seven was, once again, possessed. The group managed to subdue Onihs, Shino's inner demon, but not without a cost, as the attack that saved Shino and Seven killed Matti. Unwilling to let the angel stay dead, Ratio, used part of the life energy Matti had given him to save the angel's life, but at a cost of quite a bit of his limited time. The group returned to the Citadel a bit broken, but ammends were made when Ratio, after making a convoluted attempt to regain his life, was granted a second chance at life by Matti and resurrected.
The group returned to Scott's world after this to plan for a wedding between Ratio and Clefina, but they were soon interrupted by the Full Moon of Blood. After a seemingly successful raid on their headquarters their victory was interrupted by the arrival of a world destroyer named Ulfr, a dinosaur named Uth, and later, a mysterious man named Prime and a boy named Ardent. The group was charged with taking care of Ardent in Prime's stead, in spite of the boy's protests about the matter. After a brief encounter with another boy named Alan, the group found themselves turning to the GPA for safety and where a girl named Laura from Elliot's future literally dropped in on them. While taking cover with the GPA the group was confronted by Ulfr once again, and Wyatt and Averis were forced to retreat to the Citadel, but had a brief visit to what they could only imagine was the future of their land, and unwittingly brought back Wyatt's future son, Shane, when they returned.
At this point the group was visited by another destroyer named Abberition who devoured Matti's soul and then took off to the future. The group, unwilling to let Matti's death be in vain, followed him into the future to fight in the upcoming apocalyptic war. Wyatt, Clefina and Sakura stayed behind while the rest went off to fight. Elliot met up with Lily and a future version of Matti during the war, who revealed to them that they had been expecting the group of them to come into the future to fight and planned on using them as bait. This ended with Lily taking Seven and Ratio to a base in the arctic in an attempt to cure Seven of his radiation poisioning. They haven't been seen since.
In the meantime Averis went with Ardent, Scott and Meg down into a sinkhole in an attempt to find Scott's commander, Nomad. What the group found instead was Marcus once again, who nearly destroyed Scott and threatened to do the same to the others. Ardent was at this point withdrawn from the fight and Prime appeared in his stead to allow the rest of the group a chance to escape. In the meantime Ardent was dropped off with a more-disoriented-than-usual Shane, who had teleported into the back of the Akuma's car in an attempt to figure out where he was. Shane quickly joined up with the Akumas, but was shocked when Ardent didn't agree with his plan and made a run for it. Shane followed, not wanting to be found out, especially by the "murderer" that the Akumas had been describing. They stayed in pursuit of Ardent up until they reached one of the shops, and Shane, not willing to give up on his quest and come back empty handed, pursued the boy as far as he could before Ardent levied a decisive blow against him. Shane, now fully realizing the gravity of what was going on around him (and that he wasn't in fact living in a dream), expressed a wish to be able to return home.
He followed Ardent in hopes of finding someone who could help him, but instead met with the Brotherhood and with what appeared to be his late father of two years. At this point the Akumas reappeared, mad at Shane for not completing his mission, but willing to help him now. The three of them put up a fight, but were quickly subdued by a few spells from Clefina. Clefina threatened the Akumas with worse than death if they didn't leave Shane to them. In the end they agreed.
At this point another boy named Brandon appeared, followed by his sister Brianna and a friend named Twili. After a bit of introduction tension began to die down between remaining members of the group, and they decided to turn in for the night. On the way they rejoined with Averis, and the group made their way to a hotel in Nyasao. Tensions rose a bit again as Ardent and Shane sparked a conflict with each other that ultimately set off Shane's latent power, prompting him to release all of his magic at once and nearly kill everyone in the group including himself. After a bit of scrambling they managed to save both the ones who had been injured in the fight and Shane himself (though his magic would not be returning any time soon.)
In the middle of the night, after the group lay down to rest, a ghostly figure visited them int he middle of the night and branded Shane, Ardent and Wyatt in their sleep for an unknown purpose. Now on the dawn of that same day the group is dealing with the puzzles that that specter presented them with, as well as dealing with Shane and the upcoming apocalypse...
Tldr: Lots of stuff happened. We largely made it up as we went along. =3
Anyway, even if you didn't feel like reading all that, things are always changing and we're always open to new plots.
