Let's see here, how about a general overview of my pet project:
What she may like:
>the main lead is a teenaged girl >she and her mother aren't always on the same page >mother and little brother are not present for most of the story >after the mysterious death of her husband, the mother never remarried >disfunctional families and general relationships, from mild to severe >a main theme is that blood relations does not a family make >several of the leads have special powers out side of general magic >supernatural beings/creatures >vampires >a mention of werewolves >dhampirs >parts are set in our own modern world >racism >species-ism >many of the supernatural crowd are anti-human >an afterlife >some themes based on Christian motifs >destiny >strong themes on the importance of choice and free will >romance (with a vampire) >mentions of true love >some physically beautiful males and females >glorified suicide >people considering other people as property >part of it was based on a dream I had
What she would hate with the passion of ten thousand suns:
>the teen lead is responsible, has good friends, and a loving relationship with her mother and brother >while the theme that you don't have to be related by blood to be family is present, so is having and loving family members who are related by blood >if the disfunctional relationships are seen as disturbing or unhealthy, it's because they are supposed to be that way >those characters that have special powers do not necessarily like or want them, even if they are handy at times >the immortal, supernatural beings are genuinely to human beings >the vampires are corrupted elves that are cursed because they basically offered to serve the story's version of the Devil, and sealed the deal by drinking his blood. Sure, they're handsome/pretty, but most of that is an illusion. They're demons that keep humans as pets and slaves when they are not outright killing them for fun. The older they get, the more powerful they become, until they become ravening winged monsters that literally lurk in the shadows. This fate is truly terrifying to them, though, and many try to escape it >there are, however, always exceptions to the rule. There are several vampires who are 'good', but their motivations are almost always selfish. What's more, the vampires are a very small part of the story and the world it is set in >werewolves don't really play a part in the story, and they don't fight the vampires >dhampirs are not prescious bundles of creepy, demonic joy that everyone loves. They are seen as a disgusting and a shame to whatever family they were born into. If they are not destroyed outright or if they have not run for their lives (un-lives?), the vampire king takes them in and has them trained as vampire slayers which he uses to maintain control on his people >while many inhuman beings are anti-human, many more so are pro-human. and due to the mythos of the world, consider them family and call them 'brothers' and 'sisters' >racism and species-ism is seen by many as flat out wrong >many other motifs are based on paganism >destiny is just a road map; it brings the characters to a certain place in time >free will and choices have consequences, and many of these end up being very, very bad. Like ending up in full-blown war bad >the romance with the vampire is the only 'active' romance in the story, and is between the second main character and the vampire king. As far as the plot goes, it plays a very small active roll, and is not seen in a positive light by most characters that know of it. It started off as an antagonistic, non-romantic alliance made out of necessity, where both parties were mutually using one another. The vampire king used the SMC to strengthen his power over his subjects, as she is actually a (somewhat feral) dragon that can summon fire while in her human-ish form, and vampires+fire=ash. She used her power to secure a peace treaty with the vampire king, and also forced him to create laws pertaining to the treatment of human slaves and servants. Over the course of several hundred years, they grew to respect one another and become friends, and eventually fall in love. They spend the majority of the story skirting around the issue >when I refer to 'true love', I mean that the characters that are in love are really in love. Their love is true. That is to say that they are not lying about it, not that it is fated or predestined >most humans see many of the non-humans as beautiful or ethereal. Non-humans don't understand this, as their standards of beauty are different than those of most humans, and most have a true form, with the human-like one being secondary and nearly unimportant. However, most characters are considered average, and one has half of her face horribly scarred. She's proud of it, because she made it out alive and killed the demon that gave it to her >monarchies >swearing >drinking >drug use >violence and gore >strong female characters in body, mind, and spirit >some weak male characters >characters that have flaws and even acknowledge this >no one is seen as perfect >differing cultural views on love, sex, marriage, and everything in between >politics >characters actually having to work for the semi-happy ending >the suicides were committed by supernatural beings who are stronger when not shackled inside of fleshy prisons. They immolated themselves to save their human comrades-in-arms. While glorified by their own people, it was seen as horrific and/or heartbreaking for nearly everyone else, even if they were thankful for still being alive >several homosexual characters >abusive people, be they men, women, or otherwise are not tolerated by any decent being >people are considered people, no matter what their species is >sometimes no one gets what they want >my dream was actually a terrifying nightmare brought on by fever, codeine cough syrup, and too much sugar before bed, and I admit it's fucked up >and lastly, I've done research. Somehow I don't think Smeyer would like that very much
I should point out that this story is a work in progress; I'm only on my second draft. It seems to be coming along quite nicely, though, and I'm beginning to become a little proud of it. Smeyer, however, wouldn't be able to make it through the first few pages, because it contains scenes of my afore mentioned nightmare. She would also probably think I will burn in hell. I'm okay with that.

Why SMeyer would not like my art: -horrible injuries and scars -OH NO PEOPLE SMOKING AND SWEARING -OH NO NAKED PEOPLE (but mostly men) -OH NO MEN KISSING AND HAVING SEX -OH NO DISEMBODIED DICKS -most of it is fan art so POINTS OFF FOR UN-ORIGINALITY +and most of that fan art is for stuff like Bioshock or Silent Hill so it's probably TOO SCARY
Though to be far, she'd probably LOVE the shit I drew when I was 13-15 because it was weeaboo and Mary Sue to the XTREEEEEEM.

If I put my ideas together finally or no.
What She would Like:
That there would be hot guys in it. XD
There would be Romance in it.
What She would Hate:
That a lot of the hot guys would be ass holes and is actually shown that way.
The female main character will go through hell until she gets a happy ending.
There will be deaths.
There will be violence.
The main male lead will do a bunch of anagonistic things for some selfish reasons. Like play with the Main character's feelings. betray her and mess with her.
The fameale lead will develope after all that.
The romance will be very slow. As in it's not the main thing.
Detailed fighting scenes.
A Plot. (JK XD)

Oh, she'd despise me, for the most part. Like - Old-fashioned names - One or two of the characters are timid - James (my main character) has hallucinations - Though Hannah has very short hair at the start of the story, it eventually grows - There's romance between James and Hannah
Dislike - Said romance develops overtime and is caused by understanding and gratitude, not shallow lust - Mostly non-European names - Many characters are beaten - No vampires or werewolves - The only times James speaks like a stereotypical Victorian gentleman (which he technically is, being born in 1849) is when he's angry or when he reaches an epiphany - Hannah is eccentric - Hannah has wavy hair, which she chopped off (long story) - Hannah is feisty and can stand up for herself - Frans is scruffy in appearance - Kandar has long hair. Kinda Isaac Newton style - There's quite a bit of violence - James fights - James only has a couple of friends - James is sarcastic - Both James and Erasmus are gentle and affectionate, without being creepy or overdoing it - There's references to prosttution and gangs, particularly knife-weilding gangs - There's sadness

The Ferryman:
Like: ...*crickets chirp*...
Dislike: - Gabe and Jared are in a homosexual relationship - They adopted Kevin at Richard's bequest - Skuld is presented as cold and icy - Bermuda sings about incest, murder and revenge - The vampires don't sparkle - The werewolves aren't gigantic Pomeranians - The title (I don't like it that much so I'm going to change it, but still) - Matt and Ryan's relationship progresses quite slowly - Ryan has a girlfriend (okay, she'd probably like this) but she's quite masculine - Ryan (gasp!) cheats on his girlfriend with Matt - Anna, Gabe and Mortimer keep the recipe for the blood substitute hidden VERY well - Loki's dreams are incredibly violent

"Street Lion"
Might as well.
Meyer's likes: 1) Pretty girls 2) Romance 3) Hot guys 4) Twu wuv 5) [available space]
Meyer's dislikes: 1) Dark themes 2) Lacking any chance of the protagonist and the girl/s ever getting into a normal and romantic relationship 3) "Villain" hurting the main characters and winning most battles against them 4) Protagonist never having any super special powers to help turn the situation around even at the end of the story 5) Confusing exposition going over her head

She probably wouldn't like the violent action and strong female protagonists that I like to have in my stories and definitely have in my current WIP. Also, considering that some people saw racism in Eclipse, she might not like the fact that practically everyone in my current story is a person of color (it's set in ancient Egypt).

Likes: - Elements of supernatural - Some romance - Sort of love triangle
Dislikes: - The two main characters don't fall in love instantly - The vampires are real vampires - The vampires are flawed and not "perfect" and "adonis-like" - Violence - Character deaths - Character development - Aliens as well as angels - The female characters have backbones - The most attractive vampire is extremely vain - Said vampire gets disfigured - Famliy and friends are everything - Blonde, yet nice, female characters *gasp* - Swearing - Gay characters - Dark themes There's probably more XD

What she would like: 1) Story centers on romance 2) Starts out with an ordinary high school girl and centers on her. 3) Written in first person 4) The character moves away at a certain point. 5) My main character doesn't see herself as pretty
What she wouldn't like 1) The novel covers about 5-10 years of my character's life 2) The novel is populated with ordinary people 3) My main character has to go through 3 guys to find the guy she really loves 4) The guy she gets with is a geek! 5) My main character meets this guy in college while she's pursuing a career 6) I have some nice blonde characters who don't turn into bitches 7) No vampires, werewolves, etc. 8) My characters are Catholic (for the most part) 9) My main character and her love interest actually get to know each other and she doesn't fall in love with him at first 10) The baby my main character has in the end has a normal name

She wouldn't know what to say about my work because considering how uneducated and unoriginal she is, she'll have never even heard about the race that's the subject of my novel! (It's the Khazars by the way, not a lot of people know about them, least of all I'd think a talentless hack like Stephanie Meyer would)
Also she probably wouldn't like how my novel series is more about the power of friendship between three girls than about love. She also wouldn't like how Romance isn't really a focal point in my novel at all considering it's highly plot-focused.
Oh, she'd also not like how each of my 3 main character girls are all strong and independent women who don't need to be rescued every five seconds by some sparkly vampire. Hell, they save the guys not the other way around!
Basically though I'd think she'd just fall asleep reading my novel due to the lack of romance and how she'd view it too much like a "History Lesson."

My story is mostly about a rebellious prince running away to explore the outside world, only to realize that the world is actually darker than he realized.
What she'd like:
-There's romance subplot. Mostly forbidden, at that. -Hot guys and girls, I guess -A fictional universe -The main character has issues with his dad
What she'd hate:
-The main lead is a very chivalrous and nice guy. -The main female character is blonde. A sassy, independent blonde. -It's a story centering on revenge and its effects on everyone involved. -The romance part? It's twisted, tragic and full of mind games. -Loving details of how people are killed -Psychological torture -It's not supernatural. -Death. LOTS AND LOTS OF 'EM. -The characters are flawed, broken and very cynical. -Everyone loves their parents, especially their dads. Yes, including the main character. -ACTION -People getting drunk. -One of the hawt guys is a manwhore AND an important character. -Two guys falling for the same girl. None of them are jerks. -They EARN their happy ending -Not only do some good guys die; they die gruesomely too. -Everyone kicks ass. No exception.

She'd hate it because people die on screen, there's violence and there's no sparkly softcore porn.

This is the beginning of a short story I began writing in my spare time at college:
There once was a lovely little family that lived in a modest house in deep woods of St. Pete. This family was as normal as they could possibly be. They parents had two steady jobs that paid the bills and, even though there were slight financial issues, they always managed to scrimp and save for a family vacation once a year. It was on one of these vacations that their lives changed forever. The family of 4 was camping in the forest closest to their house. The day began as any other; the family woke up, pulled their clothes on and left their tents to begin making breakfast. Cecilia was scrambling eggs over the camp stove there was a sudden scream from nearby. Drew and Cecilia immediately dropped what they were doing and ran. Minnie, their youngest daughter, was being ripped apart by an angry red-haired wolf. She kept screaming as chunks of flesh flew through the air and her blood pooled on the ground. Lindsey, the oldest daughter, was staring in shock a few feet away. Drew and Cecilia both tackled the wolf and began to pummel and choke it until it stopped squirming. It was apparent that the wolf was dead. The parents then focused their attentions on their dying daughter. Drew scooped her up as Cecilia and Lindsey ran back to camp and started up the car. By the time Drew had reached the Jeep Cherokee Minnie had fallen into shock and her screaming had stopped. As Drew tried to staunch the bleeding coming from the left side of his daughter's body; Cecilia was speeding down the roads as fast as possible. Lindsey was sniffling in the front passenger seat; seemingly unaware of the distress her parents were under. Only minutes later the Jeep screeched to a halt in front of the Emergency Entrance of Harper General Hospital. Drew quickly carried his daughter's lifeless body into the hospital. As doctors and nurses took Minnie and began hooking her up to fluids and blood. They began CPR: heaving on her chest as one of the nurses pumped air into her lungs. When Cecelia, Drew and Lindsey were finally reunited, they were then bombarded with questions and paperwork. The doctors wanted to take Minnie's left arm and most of her leg. They explained the risks to Cecilia and Drew. She could get a blood clot or she could die on the operating table. One thing was certain: Minnie would die if they didn't do something.
I haven't finished it yet because I want to really formulate how I want the story to go. Plus, I think it still needs work, but I think its a decent beginning. Fun fact, I put this little excerpt into "I write like.." quiz and it told me I write like Neil Gaiman. I have no idea who that is.
Can anyone tell me how his books are?

Can anyone tell me how his books are? You have no idea who Neil Gaiman is?! Just google his name or pull it up on wikipedia! Anyway, he's a coauthor of Good Omens and a peer of Terry Pratchett (who wrote the Disc World series). Gaiman wrote a series of books called Sandman and has written books like Neverwhere, Stardust, and American Gods. He's got a long list of books he's written and he's pretty celebrated (still surprised you don't know about him). Check him out.

I know. It's pitiful that I have almost no idea who the decent authors are these days. I got so turned off by books because of Twilight and I was scared to pick up another book in case it was Twilight with different characters.
I will definitely look him up and try out some of his books. I just hope I like it.

Positives:
There's romance, supernatural creatures, and a "masquerade."
Negatives:
The "masquerade" is thoroughly deconstructed. The romance is not the forefront of the story, and all of it is between females. The supernatural creatures are "witches." There is logic and reason behind everything. Politics is deconstructed. The military is involved. Things go to hell very quickly. People die. A lot of innocent people die. Things get worse. Characters are safe only because of the rules in the story, not because I like them. They cannot die, as that would violate Madoka's wish (A world in which my friends can survive.).
I think she'd hate my story.

Oh, that Victorian story about a Swedish immigrant and the rich girl I'm writing in my free time? Oh, God...
Things she'd like: -Erm...well, one of the main protagonists (whose blonde) isn't portrayed very favourably by the other protagonist in the beginning
Things she'd dislike -No romance -Not supernatural -A secondary character (whose blonde) is portrayed somewhat favourably -The Swedish girl dies at the end of TB -The parents die of influenza halfway through -Prostitution galore -Fighting between the two protagonists -The (eventual) friendship of the two protagonists ends up being close to a Romantic Two-Girl Friendship -The two kids are normal

What she will like: -There are several characters with romance story lines -The main religion in the story has Christian aspects -The there are a couple of male characters that are considered pretty/beautiful -There is a secret organization like the Volturi -Vampires -Supernatural aspects -Immortals -Love triangle of sorts
What she won't like: -All of the characters are Black -Takes place in a mythical Africa -The "Christian" God is actually a Woman who repersents the whole Earth -Women are considered the most powerful sex -Amazon Warriors that are all female- many lesbians there since no man is allowed on their island.(Background info: The Sun and Earth are like a couple. The Moon is The Earth's brother that was banished to the darkness. The stars are warriors-sisters of the Sun-that keep the moon in place. The night without any stars will be the end of the world. Amazons are born when a meteor falls to the ground. She ages very slowly hand has orange eyes. Men aren't allowed on the island because they try and rape the women for a chance at immortal life. Men are usually killed on spot) -The protagonist is a man named Deyman -Deyman wants to be reunite with his little sister Ali'a who was considered a child of sun and the earth god( Background: In my world, the people's body reacts with this special stone to make energy. After a war, the technology was made to harness the power made and make weapons and vehicles. The energy made is usually a bright blue while Ali'a's enegrgy turn gold. She was taking away at a young age to be the the temples and people pray to her like a god but she is only 12.)
-the secret organization isn't secret to the rich who used them for things like murder -starvation -death all around -Deyman's love interest is Afarri, a middle eastern african who is part of the military. -Afarri isn't sweet or bubble, she is distant, cold, and strong. She prefers to be mature and doens't worry about love. She also is has an energy sword and staff and is top in her ranks. -Afarri leaves her military after she realizes they are corrupt and straving their own people to serve the richest country -The thrid angle of the relationship is a world class thief who wears a cat mask and drives a motor cycle -Afarri's religion is based of Hinduism and Islam. -Deyman's best friend is a sociopath who follows orders to the t. Deyman has to kill his friend after getting in order to take out the next high priestess(his sister). By doing this, he has betrayed the organization and all the friends and connects he has made( including his relationship with Afarri) are gone as they are order to kill him as well. -the "vampires" don't sparkle and are actually a type of humaniod animal( think the way Humans are similar to apes) that only survive on blood of animals and people. They are hunted and feared. -The sense of beauty is different in their world. Being thin isn't good, curves=beauty( The fashion industry there is based on this and instead of starving themselves to be a size 0, the girls wear repressing bongs to make their bust and hips look bigger than their waist. It's painful and crushes bones) -The one albino in the story is the twin, they are thought to represent the moon and earth and the Albino one was banish from her tribe because she meant to be evil -everyone, including the girls, has natural african american hair that goes up instead of down. They have naps and kinks but they make it work in elaborate designs, braids, and cultural styles. ( One design is for a mountain tribe is to have their women wine their hair with thin string to make it stand up straight in on tall stack.) -homosexuality is accepted in many tribes because the wind god and sky god are thought to be gay together

She would hate my story. There are demons, werewolves and vampires. Not only do I have the audacity to have a vampire rape and murder the family of my heroine but I also base the book off of said heroine getting her revenge. The vamps don't sparkle, there are different types of vamps. The heroine is blonde and the deutrotagonist (sp?) is black (with natural hair). There will be no romance but plenty of murder. The females vamps won't be paired up and beautiful but single and bitter hateful and deadly. Romance and children are the last thing on their minds. The vamps hate humanity and want nothing more than our destruction. The females in the series are expected to be strong because if they are not they are easy prey for demons. The males have a tendency to be nomadic because they are stronger and can fend for themselves. In my world beauty and money mean nothing rather who you know and how strong you are. I will introduce my heroine to this world in the most brash of ways. My heroine's life will focus on revenge against the man who wronged her. She will be saved by a coven of female vamps and train with them. She will discover that the vamp who raped her and murdered her family is one the three rulers of the realm and is considered one of the most powerful vamps alive. His motive for murdering her family: nothing but his sick pleasure.
*What she would like -vamps -hot guys -there's a lot more she would like *What she wouldn't like -deals with rape, murder and lawlessness -Adults are not paired with children -The little bit of romance is developed slowly and is not considered true love -being a vampires or a demon is a curse not a blessing -deals heavily with issues of morality -there is no male lead -my heroine is blonde -my other heroine is black - My last heroine, Lisa, is a woman who became a vamp for all of the reasons Bella did. Now she walks the earth a shell of the person she once was, condemned to live for all of eternity as a monster. -my heroine hated books and preferred sports (she wasn't clumsy either) -all of the good girls are bitches (oh yeah baby) -all of the wallflowers either grow up or get killed - Once again, NO ADULTS PAIRED WITH CHILDREN -Plenty of people get killed -there is a lot more she wouldn't like
Sorry for the grammatical errors.

I'll finally comment. My story is a fantasy with some fairy tale elements in it concerning a teenage boy named Jay who searches for a cure to his mother's illness along with a leading knight, a rogue, a mage, and a healer.
What she'd like: -The fairy tale elements -There's a unicorn towards the end -There are two romances -One character is a handsome knight that leads the group -One character is a dashing rogue with some vague morals -The main protagonist is a bit weak willed -The main protagonist is a virgin (if you look back to the unicorn bit, it makes sense)
What she won't like: -The fairy tale elements are truer to the darker tones Disney censored from their movies, like fairies being sadistic -The main "religion" isn't Christianity or perhaps even mentioned -The two romances are vague and stay in the background -Speaking of romances, the heterosexual one ends without the two getting together and ends in heartbreak -The heartbreak concerning the female ends with her quickly moving on without the guy because the guy is a douche and doesn't deserve her attention -The other romance is simply implications between two men -The main protagonist is male who so happens to be weak willed in the face of stronger adversaries -The female main protagonist is a likable bitter "harpy" who cares for her friends despite her gruff exterior and is a healer (so she's the type who wants to help even if she doesn't like the person) -The unicorn isn't sparkly, shiny, or even a traditional unicorn and even the virgin thing is mixed up a bit (I have a feeling she'd like the unicorn more if it was its sparkly traditional self) -The handsome knight is a douche who's one of the antagonists -The dashing rogue turns out to be an antagonist and is vilified in the end for condoning/committing murder and theft -The female healer goes up in social ranking and gains apprenticeship from the top healer by her own means and efforts -Has on-screen death and violence -Humans, in the end, are the ones who triumph

For Beast...
Likes: -Romance.
Dislikes: -The fact that the male protagonist is not only scarred to the point of deformity, but also paranoid schizophrenic. -The fact that the female protagonist doesn't want to be a traditional bride. -The fact that I'm actually making an effort in researching the period setting (Post-Revolutionary France). -The characters are flawed. -Though their romance does play a big part in the story, it's more about the male protagonist's struggle with his mental illness in becoming a Beast. -He actually is a Beast...meaning he actually does kill and therefore has reason to hate himself. -My female protagonist actually doesn't like good-looking men. She finds them nice to look at, but thinks their attitudes towards women repulsive. -There's quite a bit of premarital sex. -Realism.

I've started planning out a webcomic.
Smeyer would like:
+There's a romance between a supernatural pretty-boy and a human. +The couple in question aren't going to have premarital sex. +Supernatural creatures, hidden by a 'masquerade' of sorts. +Attractive people.
She would hate:
-It's Lovecraft Lite. -The romance is a minor part of the story, to the point where I'm planning to have it mainly implied instead of stated outright. -The reason they aren't going to have premarital sex is that one of them is asexual and the other is a transman who's repulsed by the idea of having sex with 'female' genitalia. -They're both men. -They bathe together. -Neither of them wants to get married. -One of the main themes of the story is that humanity is interesting. -Most of the 'good' supernatural characters want to be human, instead of the other way around. -Supernatural powers come with horrible side effects, i.e. tentacles in disturbing places and insanity. -Eldritch beings tend toward the mind-bendingly terrifying, and few of them are anywhere near attractive. The good non-human characters are no exception. -The main characters frequently have to battle eldritch beings that threaten humanity. -Another of the main themes is familial love. -The 'masquerade' will be thoroughly broken by the end of the comic. -Good guys are going to die. -Happy endings have to be earned.

Ah, what would Mrs. Meyer like and dislike about my Twilight fan fic, spanning from Book 1-4?
Like + I stick to her story, as she would want...to a point... + There's quite a bit of romance. + The main character, Raina, is a supernatural creature (a selkie). + The two young adult selkie characters are beautiful/handsome, but then again, their entire race is. + Selkies appear to be a cross between Meyerpires (beauty) and werewolves (healing abilities, heat, shape shifting into a giant animal, hunting vampires).
Dislike - The main character "imprints" on Bella, so to speak...and ends up getting figuratively raped and killed for it. - Yuri/lesbian themes with Raina and Bella. - Raina is a very headstrong, stubborn heroine who doesn't take crap from anyone. Later on, she will do anything to survive. - Underage drinking and getting drunk. - Raina falls in love with Jacob, who acts like a two-faced asshole to her. - Raina's other would-be "love interest" is her incestual, handsome, yet douchebaggy male cousin, Duncan, who wants Raina as his mate. - Actual bloody, gory fight scenes between Raina and Duncan, and later on, Raina and Jacob. - Premarital sex between Raina and Jacob. - Use of weed by the werewolves. - Love triangle between Raina, Jacob, and bitch!Bella. - Bella thinks Raina tries to "steal" Jacob from her and bitches out on her. - The Volturi actually have a plot to enslave humanity and even force the humans into "breeding programs". - Raina comes home one day to find her parents brutally murdered by vampires. This causes her to have major PSTD. - Charlie is also brutally murdered by the Volturi as a "message" to the Cullens. - Raina's birth parents were also part of a murder-suicide - her human father killed her selkie mother, then shot himself. - Selkies can reproduce; however, they can only have babies by mating with humans. Selkie-selkie pairs are infertile. Any child of a selkie-human pairing will ultimately mature into a selkie. - Several of the remaining few selkies are very, very screwed up. (Take, for example, Duncan, so-called "King of the Selkies", who sets on taking Raina, his first cousin, for a mate because she is the only known, young, female selkie to exist.) - The selkies are constantly hunted [and slaughtered] by the Hunter, the Volturi's secondary "tracker", and his ruthless human goons. - Raina ends up dying in the end, because Edward turns Bella into a vampire. - Ironically, Raina is reincarnated as Renesmee, renamed "Claire". - Seth, already "screwy in the head", imprints on Raina/Renesmee aka "Claire". - Jacob ends up with Leah. They form a "pack of two" and leave to travel the world. - Raina/Renesmee aka "Claire" is in constant, agonizing pain due to her body growing every second. - Seth voluntarily leaves Raina/Renesmee for eighteen years, also to travel, showing up on her chronological, 18th birthday. - Quil never imprints on toddler-Claire; that Claire never exists.

I am in the process of writing a novella, modern times.
What she'd like: ~Murder (Since she has noooo problem with humans dying, so long as it's not her pwecious Eddiekins or Bella) ~The main character is close to being a blank slate. ~Said main character has a name that was more common back in the 50's or so ~One of the supporting characters who is male is a douchebag. ~No threatening villain or antagonist. The closest thing is that one of the main characters is a bitch with mental problems.
What she wouldn't like: ~Has only a few mentions of romance ~Friendship and loyalty are the main themes ~One of the main characters gets killed off ~The ending isn't exactly happy nor sunshine and rainbows ~Huge plot twist that not even the reader will see coming ~Murder mystery ~No supernatural creatures of any kind ~No hot guys (If they are hot, it's not at all mentioned or flaunted) ~Every guy keeps their shirt on ~The main characters are girls, no love interest for either one ~Breakups ~Keeping your good friends and not dumping them for someone better ~Character development
Need I even say more?

My current work: What she'd like: - A handsome protagonist
- The female character and protagonist share a deep bond
- Chaucer, the protagonist, is a nice guy.
- Aniela, his friend, is a strong female lead.
- There's romance
- The rich hide out and dangle their money over the heads of the poor, showing how better they are (not really, but there's a huge gap between rich and poor).
- McAlister, Chaucer's companion unwillingly roped into this ordeal, is loyal to Chaucer and would follow him to the Gates of Hell.
- Elves and Dwarves are better at a lot of things than humans (though the humans are technologically behind because of the current king).
What she'd hate: - The romance is between two women
- There's no contrived love-triangle
- The main character die
- It shows a large amount of real suffering and Chaucer strives to understand it (he's similar to the Buddha in that way)
- No abstinence porn/ tonnes of premarital sex
- McAlister isn't pretty and handsome. He has a disfiguring scar.
- McAlister is sexist, racist, and homophobic (he does change by the end, though)
- The nonhuman characters are far from perfect.
- The characters have gone through genuine hardships and one of them can't get over it - this one expects to get over it overnight, does not, gets frustrated, and ignores their trauma.
- The main characters have a fair amount of tension between the three of them, but they realise they need each other and stay together.

Alright, I'll take the bait. My current love.
Things she'd like: - It's YA - No sex scenes - The male protagonist is good looking and not human - The female main character has some family problems - Eventually, the female protagonist finds that that she will not die
Things she would hate
- The characters are all Asian because I wanted to use their mythology and using white characters just felt tacky. - I have done extensive research on the folklore. - Romance is pretty much in the background. - There is no love triangle. - Immortality is not the best thing ever. The main character almost goes through a BSOD when she finds out she was cursed with it. - When a character acts like a jerk, they are called out for it. - I have a character who acts like Edward. He is a jerk who my main character loathes, and no, it's not UST. It's actual dislike. - The nonhumans are not in any way, shape or form perfect. They are often viscous, capricious, and uncaring . The nicer ones are just as flawed as any human. They just have powers. - There is a great deal of human suffering, and one scene where a protagonist saying how no one understands them is told point blank to shut up and stop whining or they'll really have something to whine about. - The magic has rules. Very strict rules. And my character can't break them when it suits her convenience. - The main character's actually not even the special one. Her brother is, but she ends up in his place because of an antagonist. She is not the real 'chosen one' and her presence is causing tremendous trouble and everyone knows it. They just have to make do.

What she would like: -The fact that one of the main protagonists is completely clueless, much like Bella was at the start of the story -A vampire protagonist liking to drive around
What she would dislike: -Two trans characters -Two main protagonists in a lesbian relationship -Another female main protagonist doesn't revolve her life around someone she starts dating. -The vampire protagonist points out that speed doesn't matter nearly as much as maneuverability and skill when driving; she also drives a smaller, less noticeable motorcycle, not some flashy, expensive, and large car. -One of the main protagonists, a male character, actually having conflict about dating another character, due to his allegiances in the story. And he's also not suicidal. -Bad shit happens to good people. -All of my characters have to put up with things that aren't fair in life. -The vampire has a strong hatred for the Twilight series and repeatedly says how much she hates the freaking sparkling. -The werewolves don't imprint. They also don't fall in love with babies/toddlers. -People DIE. -The deaths are treated as important, due to how that's part of the main plot, whereas the romantic subplots are treated as less important. -Vampires drink human blood, regardless of whether or not they're good or evil. Anyone who drinks animal blood is desperate and can't find humans to drink from or a complete imbecile who doesn't understand the whole concept of being a predator.

My book.
+ Romance + Vampire _
- slash - two characters who are independent woman. - One female character didn't want to get remarried. - The other doesn't want a relationship. - Most of the characters are of demonic nature. - Each character has a sad/disturbing past. - Mpreg , though has an expiation. - Sexual jokes tons of them. - Lack of religion if not none mentioned at all.
