Just realized I didn't make this very clear: Reactor does not have the jumpsuit he has in his tektek appearance. I was thinking he gets that later from the government and it's probably lined with lead. For what he's wearing right now, and what I had in mind for how he looked like, check out the attached image:

God help me, here we go. Character Name: Astrochimp (conducts business under the alias Enos A. Braun, OBE, Esq) Costume/Appearance: Dapper AFProfile: The chimpanzee that would eventually become Astrochimp was born somewhere in Cameroon in the mid-1950s, before being captured by poachers and sold to the Rio Grande Zoo in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He didn't stay there for long, though; he was soon purchased by the United States Air Force, and brought to Holloman Air Force Base, along with forty other chimpanzees. Through a rigorous training regimen and several tests and analyses, it was determined that this chimp would indeed become their very first Astrochimp, and would participate in a historical endeavor: a highly-experimental, highly-classified space program, one that would change the face of the Cold War irrevocably. In 1960, Astrochimp was put on a rocket, and that rocket was blasted off into space: the final frontier, a place where no man had ever gone before. However, this revolutionary mission would soon go horribly awry. Due to a series of technical failures and a critical radiation leak, Astrochimp's spacecraft was exposed to massive amounts of gamma radiation, and nearly drifted out of orbit due to a malfunctioning thruster. Astrochimp got off lucky, and was able to guide his craft back down to Earth for a crash landing. NASA, having lost contact with Astrochimp's spacecraft, had deemed the mission a failure, and wiped him clean from the pages of history; his successor, Ham, was the one to take his fame and glory. When Astrochimp landed, he was a changed chimp; certainly not the same chimp they had blasted into space. The gamma radiation he had soaked in was absorbed by his brain; he began to think, and think hard. He soon developed faculties on par, and eventually, superior than most human beings, and used his newfound knowledge for his own personal gain. Over the course of forty years, Astrochimp built up his empire of influence from the shadows. He never showed his face (who in their right mind would conduct business with a chimpanzee?), and always acted through proxies. If he couldn't effect the world as his former self, he'd surely effect it as the new and improved version. Now, Astrochimp is the Founder and CEO of Olympian Incorporated (well, technically, Sir Enos A. Braun is, but that's just a human alias), a Private Superhuman Company (essentially a Justice League or Avengers, but unsponsored by any state government and privately funded). Astrochimp, as the de facto 'leader' of his team, has come to Triumph City to 'provide extraordinary solutions to extraordinary problems', though he's more or less just casing for some new recruits and showing up the local regulars. Powersource: Prolonged gamma radiation exposure Fighting: 10 Agility: 35 Strength: 15 Endurance: 10 Reason: 40 Intuition: 15 Psyche: 5 Resources: 35 Charisma: 10 Max Health: 70 Starting Karma: 60 Talents/Skills: Genius-level IQ, multilingual, owner of a large corporation, leader of 'the Olympians' Powers/Equipment: Gamma radiation-enhanced intelligence and longevity (in human years, he's nearly sixty), animalistic strength and flexibility

I was hesitant... but accepting... right up until you described what Olympian Incorporated and the Olympians was.
That is actually starting to sound rather villainish, a shadowy figure pulling the strings on a group of superweapons who perform for monetary gain. This is something the Son of Liberty and probably most of the Triumphant are going to be strongly against.
Not to mention that there are already a fair number of similar organizations who rule Pinnacle City, and whom the "civic minded volunteers" of Triumph City are trying to keep from getting a strangle hold there too. Olympian Incorporated will probably have an uphill battle to get a foothold, and they're not the only ones fighting for king of the hill.
I'm not saying it couldn't work. The character looks pretty good, aside from the whole "he's a monkey"("Don't use the M word!!!"), but I'd like to know more about Olympian Incorporated and what kind of forces they could bring to bare should they go face to face against the Pinnacle Protectors, the SkyRaiders, the Triumphant, TriPD, or other organizations.

This has been something festering in my mind for awhile... she's kind of half made by Penny, and half made by me, but I'm the one playing her. Character Name: Celeste Ansel/ Iris Costume/Appearance: Celeste: Iris: Profile: Celeste Ansel is the daughter of Isolde Ansel... well her daughter from the future, sent back in time to help prevent some sort of catastrophe taking place. Well technically she wasn't SUPPOSED to be sent back in time... she was kind of just messing with mommy and daddy's magical equipment. You'd never guess that her goal was to save the worldthough from her demeanor, she is nothing more then a little 8 year old brat, always butting into the teenaged heroes business and wanting to be one of them. She wants nothing more then to prove she's a powerful magical girl... which she will be once she grows up. But for now she's a little on the weak side. Powersource: Her magical crystal shaped like a prism. Fighting: 2 (she is only 8 after all) Agility: 16 Strength: 2 Endurance: 10 Reason: 6 Intuition: 15 Psyche: 25 Resources: 0 Charisma: 11 Max Health: 30 Starting Karma: 46 Talents/Skills: None really, she hasn't really stuck to one thing enough to get proficient in it. Powers/Equipment: Her powers are rainbow themed, and like her mother she gains a +25 boost to Charisma when transformed. She has a scepter that shoots out rainbows... PAINFUL RAINBOWS. It does about 20 damage if a direct hit. Like her mother she can also use her prism crystal as a weapon... and while doing so will cause 40 damage, it will halve her already tiny amount of health.

I would like to give a bit longer to formalize the Magical Girls as a team before introducing more of the time travel plot they're wrapped up in(or... will be wrapped up in, or... whatever).
Could we sit on this character for a little bit before bringing her in? The Magical Girls(and boys) really have only had one battle together, and kinda broke up afterwards. I want to see them come back together and somewhat "formalize" the arrangement. Then we can start throwing in twists like Iris.

Quick and dirty visual reference for the highway event. Isolde/Cupid and Natasha/ScorchedEarth are in color, along with Ankylo' and SUVbot. The other people present are potential civilian injuries that might need to be tended to, but have been left in black and white until they become important to the plot. Attachments:

Playing around with Champions Online character maker... I made a Cupid doll... I think. Powers were Gadgeteer: Throwing boomerang(for the hair clips) and Heavy Weapon: Cleave(for her scepter, sadly not shown). Unfortunately the costume maker kinda glitched out, giving me options I don't think I should have yet(such as the kings ornate scepter heavy weapon) and of course, didn't let me save it as anything but a screenshot. So when I read 'doll,' I immediately thought 'Do superheroes in TC get so popular that there are dolls made of them? And posters? And other random things?"

For Triumph City: Yes, but they have to be celebrity status level, with a fair amount of recognition before they can merchandise like that, otherwise you'll only get creepy stalkers and proud grandmothers buying them.
For Champions: Yes. One of the many things the game lets you purchase is little toys of various characters that follow your character around.
Also, it's a jab at the fact that Champions skin texture is always plastic.

Okay, in addition to the Magical Girls having their school day(including the battle on the freeway) and Creeper getting a bit of time getting to know the Autobots, there's one other scene I'd like to do.
Do we have anyone active, who's not in the above scenes? Preferably somebody playing a 'mutant'(anyone born with powers), or college age character?
... for some reason I don't think we have anyone who meets those qualifications, but the "Mutant Rights Rally" really should have somebody attending. It's... not going to go well.

Character Name: Angel Reise Costume/Appearance: tektek.org/av/682423 Also, stands at 5'10. Profile: Angel is a young runaway from Pinnacle City - that's basically all she tells anyone who asks, that she took as much clothes and things that she could carry in her tote bags, took whatever money she'd saved up over the years and got herself a bus ticket. Of course, she keeps hidden that she ran away after finding a necklace that gave her powers whenever she had it on in her grandmother's attic (and maintains she has no idea about it, none at all.) Really though, Angel's a very sweet, passive, timid and shy girl, with a terminal stutter. Powersource: A crystal pendent that hangs on a necklace. Fighting: 5 Agility: 10 Strength: 5 Endurance: 15 Reason: 10 Intuition: 15 Psyche: 5 Resources: 5 Charisma: 20 Max Health: 35 Starting Karma: 30 Talents/Skills: No real skills (she can't even drive a car and can just barely cook a normal meal), but she knows some parkour and can be manipulative if need be. She's also a pretty good skater and a bibliophile - she can recall a few things from books to help her if she needs it. Powers/Equipment: Super speed (50) and levitation, both of objects (50) and self (30).

Looks good. I mentioned this before, and for the sake of everyone else reading, her super speed and levitation are very VERY high, while her personal stats are pretty low. I'd like to think that balances out, perhaps even making her rather weak(strength of 5, somebody could be wearing a heavy winter coat and she couldn't punch hard enough to actually hurt them) but I might ask you to tone things one way or another(her superspeed moves her about five times faster than she can actually react to things, she needs to learn to 'drive' slower than her top speed or she might kill herself crashing into a wall, save her full speed bursts for 'straight stretches'). You've already increased her base stats for me(she was at 3 for some stats, which is below average, like gradeschooler level), and depending on if you abuse your powers synergy I might want to tone down the 50s.
Heck, given how the numbers work, she can use her superspeed to hit somebody for (STR*(speed/10))25 damage per turn. That's like the same damage as a shotgun blast. Sure, one punch isn't going to hurt, but a rapid fire barrage the damage builds up. THAT I'm not worried about, but running the math to it's most logical extremes(including the burning of karma), she COULD reach a damage potential of in the higher 300s per turn(with 100s being 'Godlike' damage. 50 is enough to destroy a building). That kind of synergy is just abusing the system there and I'll place limitations if you use that stunt with any kind of frequency(highly dramatic moments it'd be fine).
Is this new Runaway Angel going to show up in the current scene, or somewhere else? We should have enough active characters doing other things I think.

Character Name: Birth Name: Justin Maddox Hero Name: Chaos Costume/Appearance: Civilian Appearence media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/92/97/ff/9297ff37e0fafa4ee40c79c77d104f1d.jpg Hero Appearence: i853.photobucket.com/albums/ab94/FieryFirefly/Justin_zpse09732aa.pngProfile: Justin is a hybrid of a human and an entity known as a “Keeper of Possibilities”. “Keepers” as they’re called for short, live in a realm outside of space and time, and are blessed with the powers of reality warping, and use them to create and maintain alternate realities and timelines, and very rarely leave their realm, let alone interact with mortals. The sole exception to this was Justin’s father who… well to put it bluntly was a troll who fucked around with humanity throughout the ages. It is believed that trickster gods in many cultures such as Loki and Pan, were derived from him using his powers against humanity. Justin was yet another of his pranks on humanity, where he impregnated a virgin woman with his powers, creating what was an exact genetic copy of her except for gender. For the added lolz, he made sure to do it to a woman named Mary. Justin developed very similar powers to the keepers, though because of his hybrid nature, he is unable to warp the past or future, and only the present, and also his powers are extremely unstable, and its very rare he actually has the outcome he wants. He is now 17 years old, and has recently returned to his hometown of Triumph City, from an out of state boarding school he had been sent to, since he accidentally burned it down with his powers. He had been trying to make a snowday Powersource: Genetics? Fighting: 13 Agility: 18 Strength: 10 Endurance: 20 Reason: 25 Intuition: 18 Psyche: 40 Resources: 40 (he had been born to a rich heiress, and benefits from high society) Charisma: 15 Max Health: 61 Starting Karma: 82 Talents/Skills: None really, he’s the sort to go from hobby to hobby until it bores him. Powers/Equipment: Has the power to alter reality, which manifests into teleportation and the ability to alter matter. For example, he can attempt to change a real gun into a squirt gun before it shoots him. However his hybrid nature makes his powers very unstable and things rarely go the way they should. As such, when he uses his powers I’ll leave the results up to Per, and not myself. While he CAN use his powers on living things, he refuses to do so, since with the unpredictableness of his powers, he can accidentally kill them, he limits himself to using them on inanimate objects or effecting things such as weather.

Hrm... Reality Altering is one of those powers that I classify as "too much for a player character to control"... but since you're letting me have the control over that... and you promise not to get frustrated if NOTHING turns out how you want it...

Uhh... I dunno, I was gonna wait for the scene with the ape to end.

I was thinking more because of the "rich heiress" part than the "virgin birth" part. Just saying that anyone who follows high society might recognize the last name.
And I would rather finish up the fight on the overpass so everyone can get to school... but it's a somewhat complex situation so we need lots of postings to advance...

Hopefully not long, depending on how quickly the people involved(You, Penny, JB) finish the battle on the overpass.
I want to hear from anyone NOT involved in that, see if we can get their characters involved in something...
